I bought an electric bike (ebike) LNE-16 on Amazon from Macwheel, from their store MacWheel imacwheel
What everyone should know about Macwheel, is that they over sale their products and makes misleading list and ads, so you buy a bad quality, faulty products, and then, they will not give you any satisfactory products. I left an honest and real review on Amazon, and they tricked me to take it off, by making promises that became just lies. So, before you buy from them, check the list of what happened to me with this manufacturer/seller.
1. They offer you best quality, but there's parts, like the battery, the tires and tubes, and the charging cable (that seems to me it's a universal charger and not original) among other parts, that are cheapy, bad quality and I started to have issues since the 2nd ride. So I understand that their listing is misleading, so you buy from them.
2. Macwheel/iMacwheel, is selling you electric products for commuting, but they are not reliable. What I received, wasn't reliable because the tires and tube are so thin and soft, that I was getting flat after flat (flat tires I mean) again and again, and as they didn't do anything to replace the tires and tubes, I spent almost $70 US Dollars replacing them. They also say that the LNE-16 is foldable, and the only thing that folds is the handle bar tube. If the listing says that the ebike is reliable, and foldable, they misled me.
3. The most important thing for me when I buy online, is the after sales service. The lack of knowledge, and willingness for help me as a customer, don't let me trust in imacwheel macwheel anymore. They communicate fast, but they won't take action. They made promises so you take out your reviews, then it ends on blah, blah, only.
4. The instructions manual, doesn't help too much. There's not information enough to understand your ebike or electric scooter.
5. They never tells you how they tested the ebike so they can talk about speed, distance, reliability, and durability. Let say that they test their product in a flat race track, no wind, perfect weather, and rode by a 100 pound thin and small person, or maybe a kid, but they say that can support a person up to 6'2" tall and a wieght of 225 pound. Do they say, how far and fast you can go with those measures; NO! Do you weight 100 pounds, and you are going to ride it on a flat rode with no hills at all, and always with the perfect weather?
What I'm saying is my experience and this is just my opinion. So it's up to you if you are going to buy imacwheel.com or Macwheels products.
Are you willing to risk or lose your money?
