I received the product I ordered, but the quality, color, and material were different from the picture. It鈥檚 a decent replication of the product in the photos they used, but not what I was expecting and hoping for…and certainly not worth the price I paid.
The size I ordered didn鈥檛 fit, so I attempted to make a return as per the website鈥檚 instructions. I鈥檝e emailed them for the return information twice over the past 4 days and still haven鈥檛 gotten a reply…certainly not the 鈥減rompt response鈥?as promised. They only accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, and shipping already took 2 weeks, so my time is limited. I鈥檓 doubtful I鈥檒l be hearing back from them at this point. Definitely won鈥檛 be buying from here ever again.
