I bet it would look great in my home if this wasn鈥檛 a SCAM, warning to anyone interested DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ours was ordered December 4th, we got shipping confirmation on December 11th and have heard NOTHING since. It鈥檚 a shame really, it would have looked great in our dining room.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress that enough. I ordered 2 light fixtures from them, and when I opened them I found out that they are not for use in North America. They do not mount to a ceiling box, one of them would be too small to cover the ceiling box, and on top of that the lights don鈥檛 work when I tried hooking it up temporarily. They just flashed on and off at different levels of brightness. And it is not a result of hooking them up wrong, I am a Canadian Master Electrician, I鈥檝e hooked up a light or two in my career.

When I asked for a refund they said they may or may not give me a refund if the box was open, and that I was responsible for shipping them back to China. Which was going to cost more than the light fixtures did in the first place.

Do not buy, they will not ship your order or the entirety of your order, 1 lamp damaged with no resolve another 2 lights not delivered which they state they are not responsible for. So you the consumer is out of luck. Should file grievance with the district attorney. They have a number out of NY for US shoppers.

I bought a lamp from them and although it was not overnight delivery (took over a week), overall it was a good experience and I am very happy with the product. Customer service was friendly when I contacted them about the delivery time. The product was perfectly packed and it looks high quality.

Malfunction infinity lamp! Need to wrap plastic tape around the cord to keep the light on since the first day of installation. After 1-2 days, this method just not work anymore. I sent email to CS and resent a video as the CS requested. No more follow up / reply since that (25/7/2019)

The prices are without tax and they 鈥瀎orgot鈥?to put the right price on the package so I had to pay a fine. The RoHS,CE, CCC,FCC,EMC,CQC and LVD Markings are non-existent. Search on Ali Express, they are just selling China Products shipped directly from the factory in China.

Do not, I repeat, not buy from this company.
A non existing customer service or customer focus.
They are not delivering the products.
Propably a fake company.

Before buying from this company you need to know:
The listed price is not the price you will pay. You will have to pay import tax as well as vat. it is not shown on thier webpage and is not clearified anywhere as they ship from China.
we have now recieved the order missing 2 of the 3 lamps, and can not convinse the company of that we only recieved 1. and not all 3 as ordered.
also expect leadtime to be 6 weeks or more if you buy.
This is China stuff sent directly from the factory in China.
