Worst service ever. They want people to wait at home from 9am to 5pm for two days for the pickup. Then they just don't come and they tell you that you should wait for them two more days from 9 to 5 and then they don't come again. I've been waiting for the pickup for a week, I called them many times but it doesn't change anything.

Lost my parcel and claimed it was never picked up by them…Never use this 'service' unless you are transporting something you want to get rid of.
