After having an issue with USPS losing the mat that I ordered, the seller responded quickly and offered to ship me a new mat at no cost and is doing everything in their power to make sure it gets to me before the holiday. I appreciate it more than words can explain! I鈥檓 basing my review of the mat itself off of the other great reviews as I鈥檓 sure it will be perfect! Huge thanks to ilovemats.
