I鈥檓 not usually one for group activities or classes so I wasn鈥檛 sure this was for me, but after just one class I was hooked, and it just keeps getting better. The instructors are supportive and funny, while still pushing you to do more, more MORE. What an incredible workout 鈥?I leave every class exhausted, but exhilarated and looking forward to the next one. I wish I could go every day!
