I love this place. It such a great workout for an hour. The staff is so nice and they really push you to working out and help set your goals. I would recommend to everyone to join.

I hesitated but reminded myself or my new mantra "You are only a quitter if you never try." I walked in the door and was greeted by the warmest most friendly and courteous staff. The place was clean and homey. I never knew what I was getting into but I have never 1 day regretted the decision. On that mat each person feels like a pro. If you cannot do the original exercise they help you do modified until you are able to do it. They make sure you understand the correct techniques to avoid injuries. You are sure to use muscles you never thought you had but even thorough the pain I cannot wait to return. THX YOU ILKBINWOOD. YOU ROCK.

In just over a month I have seen a difference in my stamina,energy and toned body…great job to the instructors who makes the class interesting and effective. The location is good within the shopping area and plenty of parking space.

I hesitated to join 1 more gym but this experience is like none other. You literally work muscles you never thought you had. I joined and have since recommended my friends. Who gets up on a Sunday for a 7AM class. I DO happily.The place is clean, warm and homey. The staff are energetic, helpful and encouraging. Great team and camaraderie. Thank you ILKBINWOOD
