Ilkb park slope is amazing! The classes are fun and high energy and the instructors are amazing. Being a member has changed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally! I have seen results fast and will continue to kickbox here!

A great workout! I lost 10 pounds in my first 11 classes!! I've been wanting to try kickboxing for a long time and I couldn't be happier with the results. The gym is modern and clean. The staff and other members are super supportive and I feel like I have a new family there. I LOVE KICKBOXING PARK SLOPE!!!!

I love this studio (Park Slope)! The staff is fantastic and welcoming! They even give you your own personal coach on the first day of class to help you with the different combinations and moves! My first time coach was Sarah! She laughed with me and made it a fun workout even when though my endurance sucked haha. She encouraged me the whole time. I never felt judged! But, it is a full body work out that will leave you sore and feeling great every time! Rubie is a jewel and one of the hardest instructors I鈥檝e ever had but a sweetheart too! All the coaches are amazing! Nikki, J Cruz, Mart铆n, Rachel, Coach G and Dina. It鈥檚 honestly hard to have a favorite coach because all of them will have you laughing and in pain every class!

The trainers here are so freakin friendly, openhearted, supportive and challenging. The classes are CRAZY HARD and SUPER FUN. And I am NOT an athlete. It's honestly so painful but also so great to be there–I've never liked a workout studio so much. Ever.

The confidence, family, motivation, and muscle I have gained at ILoveKickboxing is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I can walk out of work feeling cranky and overwhelmed, but the moment I hit the mats, all frustrations are immediately wiped away. Highly recommend ILKB Park Slope!

I'm a convert to I Love Kickboxing. I started here about 4 months ago through their web special trial. Everything about it has been fun. The class is difficult, but WORTH IT. Each class is different so you're never bored. The format is the same, but the exercise is varied. Instructors are all wonderful and the other people are fun too. I love that it's a group class (with no mirrors, a plus) but everyone is working at their own pace and challenging themselves to their own level. All kinds of different motivation for me to keep at it. Highly recommend.

ILoveKickboxing is the place to be. Great vibes, great music, and most importantly, GREAT WORKOUTS. Every single time I walk into the studio for a session I am always engulfed in motivating salutations and spirit-lifting smiles. I wish I could take them home with me sometimes. But my favorite part of ILoveKickboxing is that no matter what… I trust them. Trust them with my goals and aspirations; trust them with my fitness and nutrition; trust them with my self-esteem and confidence, which they've helped me to build over time. It just gets better and better with them! I hope to reach my goals with them at my side cheering me on as they do in every session. Make sure you make this decision fast, my only regret is that I didn't make this decision sooner.

I'm an avid runner and have been looking for ways to work on my strength while also still having time and energy to train for marathons and half marathons. While doing yoga at local studios kept me injury-free, it didn't help me gain the strength and muscle I need to get faster and run longer. I joined ILKB in Park Slope and have absolutely loved the classes, instructors, and results. Each class is fun and different, the instructors pay attention to your form and give you actual feedback to make you better and stronger, and the results are great! I'm developing upper body strength, core strength, stability, and even a bit more flexibility. Highly recommend giving it a try!

This summer I went to my first kickboxing class. I went into the class with no expectation of joining and no idea what I was getting into. I can鈥檛 say it was love at first punch but by the end of the class I felt like I had a good workout. I signed up and continued coming to class, waiting to get bored and eventually stop coming. The enthusiastic staff at ILKB has made it easy to stay engaged and the motivation from members adds a sense of community.

I am really impressed with iLoveKickboxing, and surprised at how much I love it. The classes are interesting and varied, so it's not the same moves/exercises every single time. It targets your whole body and incorporates some really great stretching so you don't feel like you skipped out on something and need to make it up later. The teachers and staff are incredible and motivating and become your friends fast – they create real accountability, calling you out on their FB group and calling you up if you haven't been around in a while. Plus, they are very community oriented – a hashtag is created each month that coordinates with a different non-profit, and every time you check in with it, you help support that organization (plus you get a free water bottle!). They keep things moving quickly but let you modify or keep your own pace based on your level and strength/injury issues. I'm so happy I joined and plan on going as much as physically possible!

I wanted to try something new with my workouts and found I love Kickboxing. I immediately signed up to be part of the team after my first class. I never feel bored in class, and that was my issue when I would go to a gym and do my normal 45min elliptical routine. At ILKB , There is always a great amount of energy within every class. I love the staff who are helpful and encouraging during the workouts. You are always met with friendly faces when you walk in. Joining ILKB=best decision ever!

I love that I chose to go beyond my comfort level and throw intimidation out the window. I should have done this a long time ago but what's better than the present?! I can see and feel myself transforming and healing. My spirit truly needed this. The instructors are dope, inspiring, and motivational, and I adore them and my fitfam. Yaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssss!!!

I Love Kickboxing Park Slope is amazing! When I took my first class, I was nervous that I wasn鈥檛 in shape enough to make it through, however, I ended the class with a feeling of empowerment and strength. I was paired with an instructor who showed me all of the moves and helped perfect my form which made it less intimidating. I was hooked instantaneously. The staff are so friendly and nice and go above and beyond to know their members. It feels like we are a family of fitness warriors on a journey to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I have noticed my clothes fitting better, my energy skyrocket, and my over mental health improve. Punching and kicking relives so much stress and for someone who has a full time job and attending grad school at night, it can get overwhelming. I am building confidence that I never knew I possessed and it is thanks to I Love Kickboxing Park Slope!
If anyone who is reading this is on the fence on trying I Love Kickboxing Park Slope, please give them a try. You will not regret it. I go three times a week and it is always the highlight of my day. It鈥檚 been a month since I鈥檝e joined and it was the best decision I have recently made.

Step out of your comfort zone and into this warm bubble of kindness and sweat! I joined for a year after my first class and I'm never looking back. Times are stressful and punching and kicking a big bag will relieve your stress like no thing else. You also get the direct support of dynamic, attractive, and super sweet instructors. I KNOW I'm going to get in the best shape of my life doing this & make friends in the process. I also recommend this location – it's clean, bright, and the members make it a community

Purchasing a membership to ILoveKickboxing Park Slope may just be the best thing I鈥檝e decided to do for myself. When I used to work out, I would have to drag myself to the gym, dreading the cardio and weightlifting ahead of me. Since attending classes at ILKB, I鈥檓 feeling stronger and more energetic, and when I leave the studio, I鈥檓 already figuring out when the next time I can come back is.

I've tried few gyms before and I've quit them all. December 2016 I decided to get my crap together and finally commit to something fitness-related. I actually found this gym sponsored on FB for their grand opening. Long story short…I WAS HOOKED AFTER THE FIRST CLASS. I've taken kickboxing before but the environment here is SO different than any another gym I've been to. It's super clean, the staff is great (they're kind, motivating but super straight forward and to the point which I truly appreciate).

This place has literally become my 2nd home/safe haven. I've literally recommended this place to all of my friends and family.

If you want actually want to see a physical change this place is worth every penny.

I joined for a year and this is just my second week at I love kickboxing Park Slope and I love it. The atmosphere is fun and the instructors are hard workers so don't expect to come to class and slack off!! I love that!! I can't wait to see my results when I hit my one month mark!! Ppl like to listen to good music while working out so let me tell you,聽 their playlist is rocking!!! I have to stop myself from dancing sometimes!! So if you're looking for a place to have a great workout (or to relieve some stress in a positive way) with fun and friendly ppl great instructors that push and motivate you and pumping music.. this is the place for you!!

Weight loss has always been a journey and a tough one for me but since I joined I have a lot more self confidence and I have been losing weight and making healthier decisions I look forward to every class. The staff is so friendly and helpful

Joining ILKB has changed my life in so many ways for the better! I had always been afraid to try kickboxing before. I decided to give ILKB Park Slope a try and I am so happy I did it!

The instructors are always full of life and positivity and really keep you motivated and encouraged. They know everyone's names and really treat you as an individual and make sure you are well taken care of.

The space is clean and there is plenty of room. Everything is in great working order.

The workout is a challenging in a great way and keeps me wanting to strive to do better and the atmosphere is such that if you need to slow down and go at your own pace, you can certainly do that without anyone screaming at you or making you feel bad for doing so.

I went here lacking motivation of any kind to workout and I've been coming in on a regular basis now and feeling stronger every day and it's pushed me to open up my world and try other exercise and a new diet too!

Joining ILKB was literally the best decision I've made. When you join you immediately become a part of the family. Both the instructors and all the other members are so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I was so shocked when I would walk in after just joining and people knew my name already. Everyone really cares so much about each other and genuinely wants to see you get fit and succeed in kickboxing. Going to class is my favorite part of the day and is slowly becoming like a second home for me. I can honestly say I LOVE this place and I LOVE kickboxing (lol).

Joined after one day. Each class is challenging but fun! Love how motivating the instructors are. It is a very welcoming environment. There's tons of support from not only the staff but the other members as well! Join! You won't regret it!

The instructors are amazing! I did one trial class and became a member the same day. The instructors keep you motivated and push you to your limits. I've never had such an intense workout and after a few classes I'm already seeing results!

I checked this place out initially because it was right by my house and their try-us-out deal was amazing. The staff was immediately warm and welcoming via phone and Facebook before I even set foot in the class, so that helped quell some anxiety. (Important, as I haven't done cardio like this, um, possibly ever.)

Despite my trepidation about committing to a tough exercise regimen, I joined after the first class! I mean, the time to get in shape is always now, right? Time waits for no one. (Insert dramatic sigh.)

Anyway, the class is high-intensity and it hurts during and after for a newbie like me, but it gets exponentially better each time I go and I really feel like I am gifting my mind and body with something truly important. Health! (Oh…and maybe a summer bod I can be proud of!)

If you are nervous about what shape you're in or are embarrassed about group classes like this, absolutely don't be. The instructors are all super-friendly, positive and motivational and there is no judgment. Class members are focused on their personal goals and trying to get through the sets without pausing (haha–of course maybe that's just me). Speaking of pausing, if you need to, you can. Again, no judgment. (I find that I need to stop less and less with each class.)

To sum up – if you are looking for a lightning-fast way to get yourself in shape in a fun and friendly environment, you'll find it here!
