I made an initial enquiry via their web form about stock availability and delivery times and it was answered very promptly within a few hours.
I initially started to order online via their website, however noticed on the page registration and order forms there was no https or SSL secure page connections being used so did not feel confident entering my personal and payment data via the website as it would be sent unencrypted.
Therefore I abandoned my order online and called them up instead using the order number displayed on their website. The call was answered within about 2 minutes and I considered this quick as I called during my lunch break and normally find a lot of companies have a long call queue at such times as most other customers are also ringing up around the same time.
The staff member was polite and efficient and I ordered by giving the product code displayed on their website and the quantity, and paid by card over the phone. I was given an estimated delivery time of 7 days but was told I would be kept informed of the order progress.
I was called 4 days later and the same staff member who I placed the order with told me they are ready to ship my flooring and whether the next day between 9-5 would be suitable, if not I can schedule for another day. This was fine with me and he also gave my contact number to the delivery man in case they had issues or delays.
The flooring was delivered by 2 delivery men in a large van the following day in the early afternoon. They brought the packs of flooring indoors to my ground floor passage even though I was told pallet-type deliveries are only obliged to be to the pavement only, so really appreciated that.
I ordered about 拢600 worth of flooring (20 packs) and some of the flooring packs had the top polythene packaging a bit torn due to transit, but the laminate planks themselves did not appear damaged and were in brand new condition.
I have since installed the flooring and only found two planks out of 40sq metres of flooring which had a little damage on the groove locking edge, but since the surface on these were fine I was still able to make use of the planks as end sections.
Overall I am happy with the product and service I received and would use them again as they have decent brands at very competitive prices.
I cannot recommend buying products through their online website as it seems insecure to me (unless it has been improved since my purchase in October 2014), but it is useful as a tool/catalogue to see what kind of stock they have available. I would advise ordering by phone if you decide to use this company.

I noticed bad reviews but decided to try this company mainly because of the price &
an impressive web site.
I personally found the staff polite and helpful and answered all my questions before
ordering.
however I felt very uneasy when I tried to contact them by phone and email regarding delivery without success.
I am happy now goods have been delivered but think they need to improve communication with customers.
