I received the purse I ordered in 2 weeks but i have had a major problem trying to get a wallet. I have tried buying 2 and both got cancelled on me. Now i tried to buy a different one and now it says I will receive it after X-Mas. That is not good but what can I do about it now. If anyone out there has to do a return on there dime be sure to REMEMBER to use Paypal. Paypal offers 12 free returns per year on anything you have ordered through them- So do not forget to use Paypal if possible.

I was eager to get this and my purse so I paid for premium shipping, which was only $10. I placed my order on 12/2 and had both my purse and wallet on 12/5. I also signed up for the rewards program before ordering and was surprised that just because I signed up and my birthday was next week I was able to get a discount that more than covered the premium shipping. I will definitely order from ILoveDooney.com again next time I want a Dooney item. I saved almost $100 over the regular website SALE purchase of the same items. I saw their rating on this site and was worried I made a mistake by ordering from them. But now I am so happy I did. It was a great purchase, I got both the purse I wanted and the matching wallet for well under the retail price of either item.

I have ordered 3 purses from I Love Dooney. They are good quality and arrived on time. I don't have a problem with them. The registration comes with them. They are authentic.

I ordered, received email confirmation then they also let me know when item shipped and had tracking for it. Received in a week and was packaged beautifully, couldn't have asked for more! I would definitely buy from them again

I could not believe that they did not have the address on the label and sent it out, only to have it returned! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Ilovedooney is the sister company to Dooney & Burke. You will be better off ordering from them instead.

I purchased a bag and it went on sale. I tried to get a refund of the difference. They refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they wouldn't forward the complaint.

I purchased a tote for $99, which was the deal of the day, or something like that. The sale went off without a hitch and arrived packaged beautifully with rolled tissue to keep the shape of the bag. I Love Dooney included one of their branded dustbags and there was a different Dooney & Bourke dustbag inside the purse. Bonus! I'm sorry others didn't have the same great experience but I would purchase from them again without hesitation. (phot won't rotate)

this is the second time I've ordered from i love dooney, and both times its taken a month to receive my order. It wasn't even around the holidays. They kept saying they're experiencing delays. This is unacceptable. Will never order from them again. Two times of this run around is enough.

I first purchased a purse in last year 2019 for a Christmas present about a month before Christmas. I did check the status regularly and it said order awaiting shipping(not exact wording but in essence that's what it said) So I wasn't worried. As Christmas approached in a weeks time I realized I had never received the purse.And the status remained the same. Contacted customer service and they said the purse was not in stock. Never was I informed that and the status still said awaiting shipping. Shipping what? They had no purse. It took about a month of phone calls, emails and finally a complaint to my cc company for me to receive my money back.
So I thought okay everyone has a problem once in awhile so last week I saw a purse and it wasn't one the Dooney website so I looked at the Love dooney site and there it was. So I ordered it. Again immediately they took my money as payment. That was on a Friday. It is now Wed and the status shows ordered and backstocked. I've called twice and was told that they do have the purse in stock but they are behind in the shipping dept and they do not know when it will be shipped. I did tell them I went in to put in the order again to see what would happen and of course it let me complete the order with nothing said about backstocked(of course I didn't pay). So again they would have taken the money without any problem there. Customer service suggest waiting a week. I will do that and then go through the horrific experience of getting my money back. I did use Paypal this time so hopefully I get my money back easier and sooner.
No three strikes you're out. NEVER AGAIN. And I advise anyone NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW GOOD A DEAL SEEMS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I purchased a product from the website and paid extra to receive my package faster and didn't receive my package within the days the site stated. I called customer service and was told my item was still being processed. I asked customer service rep would I be refunded the extra money I spent on shipping since my product hasn't arrived and I was told no. I will never purchase from this site again.

The customer service is horrible. You can NOT get any customer support. They just give you the run around …. no resolution. Managers do not return call after several attempts. If you return/exchange item (s) they try and swindle you out of a fee to do. They are the WORST!!!

I ordered a special gift purse for myself. On May 26, 2020 and they said is shipped then they lost the package so they say.Which apparently doesn't exhibit. This is a horrible way to treat paying customers. I hope this review helps someone don't order from them.

I've ordered a few bags from them over the last 5 years, one tote bag was sent to me all molded up and smelly, I had to send it back. The other bags, no issue but it seems to me that if you order more than one at a time, the rest of order is cancelled. My last two orders had 3 items in each order and they cancelled two from each order. This is nerve wracking as I try to match up bag, wallet, wristlet set. I'm kinda done with them, if they don't have the product, dont put it online to promote it and each time I had to email them to get my credit for the cancelled items. If you cancel items, give the immediate credit. I'm super disappointed that my orders keep being cancelled with no explanation and no credit. Not worth the hassel and they could care less it seems.

I placed my order through bradsdeals.com. I was a little nervous when I never received a confirmation email but, I called and they reassured me it was shipping. I ordered a beautiful bag and wallet to match and they came in perfect. Took about a week to ship which is awesome during this covid-19 issue. Super impressed

The lining on the bag I ordered is completely different than what what delivered. I called ilovedooney within 15 minutes of the arrival. 20 minute wait. Said they would send a return ship label and that I had to get it to the post office. No. They will arrange for a pick up. I ordered a matching wallet on a separate order the day before. I told them to cancel the wallet order. They said it was being packaged and had no way to stop the order. What a lie. I received no email notification about the return of the cancellation. Nothing. What a waste of time, and the nightmare isn't over, yet. Don't even get excited or waste your time. If there's a problem, which there's a good chance that there will be, you'll be met with smart allec east coast attitude and they'll put you to work over their mistakes. They do not care.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Unfortunately, I missed the 30% off promo code, so I called within one hour of placing my order online, and was told they could not refund me the difference and they could not cancel the order. After reading the reviews I'm now more concerned I might not even receive the bag. How in the hell is a reputable company like Dooney and Bourke even associated with this company? As a business over myself, I know that every company that processes visa and mastercard has the capability of issuing a refund. Shady business practices. Buyer BEWARE!

I had insomnia and was on computer at 4am. Decided to order a bag that was the deal of the month (with some stupid promo code) and it said 30% off with yet another promo code. Deal was too good to be true, so I put two in my bag and began looking for a spot to put promo code and i accidentally hit place order! I immediately emailed cust serv and they emailed back that it had shipped, Right, at 4 am on Saturday they had people packing bags. What a crock, Guess they think we are stupid.

Was told that you don't need to put the promo code in to receive the discount and then later was told that I had to put code in to get the 30% off (have email chain to prove it). Asked them to refund me the difference since they lied to me – won't do it and won't cancel the order – just get some blanket email back how they are sorry for any inconvenience – HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE — what company can't refund you the discount — JUST TRYING TO GRAB YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THAT? Called credit card company to tell them that this purchase is fraud because of their selling practices.

I have ordered 12 bags to date. Have never had a problem. Not on quality, delivery(which you can track), or pricing. I give these bags as gifts to family members and good friends, never have I received one that I would even consider sending back. The only Customer service dealings I have had with D&B was great. I had ordered the wrong bag, caught it with the confirmation, called, it was corrected received the bag in 7 days. Im sure there are times things happen and people get upset, but I personally have never had a problem with D&B

Their bags are wonderful . . . when you get them. But when you don't or if you have a problem – there is no service. My bag was lost in transit – two weeks spent with a CS person thru email telling me to wait until the investigation is complete when UPS said that it was undeliverable; then I called daily and the CS reps on the phone have no ability to solve issues and there are no supervisors to speak with. It is a month; I have no refund; no bag and now that the bag is back in stock (that is yet another part of the story) – they won't send to me unless I order online; pay the higher price despite the fact that they still have my money from the first order. Dispicable business practices. And an unfair work enironment for their CS team who apparently have no skills/resources to solve problems.

I usually look at reviews before ordering on-line. I didn't look this time. After ordering my purse I finally looked at reviews since I noticed I hadn't received any information. The reviews definitely scared me since so many people complained they didn't receive their purse. Thank goodness I got mine in less than a week. I love it and it looks great. I will definitely order from this company again.
