Huge scam! My experience was the same as the rest. PayPal is of no assistance whatsoever. Go directly to your credit card company for a refund. Document everything. The company will fight it and then insist that you pay to return the merchandise. Don't do it. It would cost more to return than it did to purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Scam – shipped cheap tent instead of correct one to me and hundreds of others

Yup same as everyone else. I got my money back after disputing to PayPal multiple times and telling them I won't send back the tent since it would cost me double what I paid for the crap.

Also after trying to contact the company through all possible channels they have apparently retaliated by adding me to a bunch of spm bots that can not be unsubscribed. I receive 50 spam emails per day, most to the spam box bit 10 is come through to my inbox. Trying to get the spam to stop but it's not helping. FML.

If anyone is thinking about buying, just don't.

Terrible experience. Same as everyone else. I also ordered the 3-4 person hydraulic tent but what they shipped me was a cheap child's tent. Paypal's policy was bull crap so I disputed the charge with B of A. They also made me jump through a bunch of crappy hoops and still didn't stand up for me. This whole experience was a total scam. No one seems to protect the customer anymore! Paypal, B of A Mastercard, and this Chinese A-hole can go F themselves. I will no longer use any of them! All they had to do is reship the correct product and a return shipping label. From now on, I'll avoid ever purchasing from overseas again!

My experience was the same as all the others very bad. Do not be fooled like the rest of us. Ilovecamping should be ashamed of themselves. I have pictures of the tent sent to me. I contacted them showing pictures at [email protected] to get no pesponce.

I received a very cheap tent rather than a double layer automatic tent as advertised. Seller never replied regarding return or refund.

Turned out PayPal needed me to mail it all the way back to China (seller鈥檚 warehouse) in order to get my refund but shipping fee costed over $100. It鈥檚 ridiculous.

PayPal should investigate this seller because I doubt it鈥檚 a honest mistake. And I learn a lesson that PayPal don鈥檛 protect buyer.

The tent they sent was nothing like the one in the picture. And they never responded to my emails. Do not buy from these people!

I agree with everyone else. Haven鈥檛 pursued reimbursement with PayPal, but will. The product is nothing like advertised. Took about two months to receive it. Stay away from this company!

Total scam. Bait and switch tactic! Do not buy anything from this website. Paypal needs to stop doing business with the website ilovecamping.us and moylesstore.com

bad customer service after they send a completely different wrong and cheap item

Had to escalate it through paypal as contact via websit failed completely.
As they had send me a 5 dollar item instead of the 70euro item I ordered
Even with pictures provided as evidence no normal response from seller.
And had to make costs to even get my difference back. Which is still under review

Another one to add to the list I'm afraid ! Identical problem ie. ordered a hydraulic tent and received a kid's toy tent.

Think I'm more annoyed about PayPals response than anything else – I opened a case with them but as their emails went into my spam folder, I didn't respond so they found in the seller's favour. How the hell can they not realise what is going on with this scammer of a client !! 🙁

I had the same problem as everyone else. I ordered a tent and paid $60 and what I received was not worth $10. I contacted paypal and they told me that I would have to send the item back to China for a refund. I then got in contact with Paypal again and told them that the return policy on the seller's website states:
Will I need to send the item back

Only high value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $70 or more. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.

Paypal then decided to issue me a full refund and I do not have to send the item back.

I was very upset about this process but so happy that paypal came through in the end. Now I can get my daughter another tent (as this was a birthday present)

Same problem as everyone else. Ordered a 2 man hydraulic tent and got a pop up beach shelter I could have bought for a tenner locally. I reported it to paypal and agreed a refund upon return however, the seller will only accept a return if you use a tracked service to China using only UPS or DHL with quoted from both of these in excess of 拢150GBP. Paypal only offer up to 拢15GBP return cost so its not even worth returning. Yes, the seller knows what they are doing and is a deliberate and focused scam. Since Paypal have no human customer services agents this reason is not understood. The only way to get your money back is to claim from the credit card registered with Paypal (UK victims can use section 75 of the credit consumer Act) for a full recovery.

DO NOT TRADE with this scam company. Bought tent, got a completely different and completely useless one – and company does not react to complaints.

BEWARE! DONT BUY FROM THEM. This is a crap store. The tent I bought had NO directions, was not wrapped or packed in any type of plastic or general standard of packaging for a new product. The plastic peice that holds the tent up was broken and the tent is unusable. I was sent what looks like a single person tent when I ordered larger. I have gotten no response from them after several attempts. Total junk. I think the tents are used anyways

Ordered the 3-second hydraulic tent – after two months, I received some piece of junk 'tent' that was nothing like anything they even offer on their website. In order to receive a refund – I have pay return shipping to China. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

As were many others, I was sent a low value tent, not what I'd ordered.
I've raised a dispute with Paypal, awaiting to see what they do, but based on the experience of others I'm not holding my breath.

Received small pop鈥攗p tent, not the automatic hydraulic tent I ordered. They never responded to me. PayPal was able to get them to respond and now I can return the product, but I have to pay the shipping charges to China…..

Ordered a 3-4 Person hydraulic tent, but received a one person or child tent (far away from the description). Immediately claimed it with both known email addresses, but still no answer.

SCAM! PayPal will not help you because the seller will answer them however the seller will not answer emails from you. PayPal doesn鈥檛 bother to look at the reviews of the company or Facebook complaints. If you are like me you purchased a hydraulic tent for $49.99 but you received a $5 child鈥檚 pop up tent! You wait for PayPal to help but they don鈥檛 so when the company replies to PayPal they request you send the POS back but they only give you 10 days to get it to freaking China so basically you pay $30 in shipping to get $49.99 back. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
UPDATE – I would like to report that after sending multiple emails to PayPal with no response I call them. I was on hold for over 30 minutes but after speaking with them for a few minutes about the shipping costs vs the price and the fact that I had located at least a dozen victims over a period of just a few days PAYPAL REFUNDED MY MONEY!! They told me to keep the product, it was damaged when it arrived so it went in the trash. My best advice is call PayPal. They are aware of the scam now and are in the process of revoking the business鈥?PayPal privileges. I advised them that there were several companies advertising the same product so I will not be purchasing a tent from an advertisement on Facebook. You can find the PayPal phone number under 鈥淐ontact Us鈥?then you must select your country and then they send you a one-time use only code to use for the phone call.

It is a scam and they operate under several websits and names. Do not let paypal be a stamp of approval. Paypal will not help you get your money back!
