I ordered some taillights last June and they were the wrong ones. So I sent them back to get a refund. Fast forward to January and still no refund. So I called them and told them to use the money they owe me on another product and I still haven't received my fog lights neither, and it's the middle of February. So I told them they can have that money and I'm reporting them to the BBB.

This has got to be the worst company out there. I ordered pre wired HID lamps for a Subaru Baja. They were wired completely wrong and only the high beams worked. I called to address the issue 13 Months ago and it has not been resolved. I was transferred from one rep to another. Each one with the same lies same excuses and everyone had the same voice. I am guessing that this is just some low life working out of his parent鈥檚 garage and trying to front as a much bigger company. I offered many suggestions to resolve this issue and have been continues lied to me. I could accept a bad product I cannot accept a bold face lie. Wes you are certainly not honorable and your company quite frankly sucks. So please anyone thinking of doing business please read the reviews and do not give them any of your business. I am just another dissatisfied and annoyed no returning customer. The better business bureau will receive this post as well

I had ordered a new front lip for my mazda rx8 to replace a broken one and upon ordering it, the website decline my transaction saying they will not ship to my address. Not thinking much of the matter I went elsewhere to find my parts. Two days later I see this company has charged me not once, but twice for a part they are not even sending me! I have yet to hear back from any customer service reps even though I have called multiple times

Ordered tail lights for my veh. I received them with stress cracks around the edges. It took forever to get in touch with them. Their customer service is a joke. Finally got them to email me a return label to ship back.
I waited 2 months for them to give back the refund. Everytime i called they came up with a different excuse of why they didn't refund me yet. I had to call paypal & have them solve the issue.

i waited for 2 months for a front bumper for my mercedes, so i call and the guy stated he wanted to make sure i wanted the bumper before he sent it. well i think i did since i guy you my credit card to charge me and answered you email stating i wanted to buy. then 2 weeks later i call again and he tells me they cant send me a bumper because it isnt correct and that someone should have called me to tell me. Look i dont write reviews but this place is not worth your time same guy answers phone everytime then acts like he has all these people doing the work . please stay away and save the hassel , go to a better company look all 1 stars on revies that tells you something.

I had ordered Wheel Spacers for my husbands BMW as a Christmas present December 4, 2014. I did not receive the order until January 10, 2015.
It took them over a month to ship the order. When it finally arrived, my husband opened the boxes only to find out that the Spacers Came with the wrong size bolt.
The bolts wouldn't even screw halway in to the wheel spacer. When I inquired about them sending me the right part (extended Bolts) no response. Order literally took over a month. I am beyond upset that I paid $294 for them and I didn't even get what I wanted. I have made countless attempts to have them send me the correct Bolts but I'm finally giving up because they do not care. They have their money and that is all that matters! I'm finally convinced at this point that Ilovebodykits.com is operating a fraudulent and dishonest business. I will never ever do business with this company again, and I want to warn everyone and anyone who is thinking about making a purchase from this business. Stay away. Use EBay or Amazon! Save yourself the time and frustration.

I am having a serious problem getting my refund.
A friend of mine ordered a 3 piece mesh grille for a 2006 Mercedes Benz c230 on my behalf. It was ordered back in September 2014. Well the order literally took over a month. When the part did come it was the wrong part. I had to pay for return shipment. It was several weeks before the return shipment was confirmed that it had arrived back to Ilovebodykits distribution center. So I was told that I needed to send pictures of my front bumper to get correct parts shipped. They had to check to see how long it would take to get that part in because they didn't have it in stock. I requested my refund. I have made countless calls to the company. I have gotten lies and excuses on why I haven't received the refund. I've been told emails have been sent out to confirm refund, but have yet to receive one email about a refund only on there current Sale specials. It has been well over a month and still no refund. It's only $156.25. It's not a big refund. They didn't even offer to pay for my cost of having to ship the merchandise back to them. I'm convinced at this point that Ilovebodykits.com is operating a fraudulent and dishonest business. All I want is my refund. They have their merchandise. UPDATE: Jan 12, 2014 Finally got notice from PayPal that Ilovebodykits.com has refunded account. This has been a long journey, but is finally over. I will never do business with this company again. If I was you I would think twice before doing business with this company.

Ordered tail lights for my car. Got a call from iloveboykits saying the parts I ordered and paid for were out of stock indefinately. They helped me order an alternative they suggested over the phone after asking the details of my car. The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Tail lights were supposed to be OEM compatible. They were not. Had to buy new nuts and washers and then found out the 3 lights screw in in reverse order and the third has no room to turn and lock in. The tail lights are not compatible with the make/model/year of my car. Called ilovebodykits and asked for return info. Saying I could drive over to his office the next day and demonstrate why they would not fit and give them back to him. He did not want me to drop by, but said use "easy return" on website. Did, then got email asking for photo's of parts. Sent them. Still waiting for any reply, two reminder emails and 10 days later. First day off work I'm going to his office/house? and get this sorted out. Google the business name and you will see the address 🙂 and can go visit your selves. Save alot of time and shipping fees and talk face to face if you are in LA county or Orange county California. There are 2 addresses listed: 2028 E Francis St, Ontario, CA 91761 and 491 Yorbita Rd, La Puente, CA 91744. I should have bought on Amazon they stand behind you when a vendor doesn't act responsibly.

It's been almost 4 months now and I did a chargeback through my credit card company. Now ilovebodykits is very interested in getting their set of tail lights back. They said they would send a FedEx label by email immediately that I could print out, attach, and mail back the lights. Just checked my email 4 hours later, no label.

Just press the back button, and stay away from here, they sold me headlights that they dont have, and it takes me more than a month to get my money back.
Customer service is horrible, No one answers, so again get away from this web site!!!!!

I wish i have read all this review before I have placed an order with them. Its well over a month and a half now and i am still waiting for them to give the ok to send it back. Wait a long time to receive the order. And when receive its the wrong part. I order a front grille with emblem which shown couple pictures with the item# on their site and when arrived, its just a black plastic piece nothing like a grille, but a guy name Winston have the nerve to say oh its part of a grille. Mannn….i was more upset when he say that but still i was able to maintained my cool. He act like i dunno what a mercedez grill look like. Also i even saw on ebay a nicer mercedez grill for the same price, which i wish i should have order, instead now i have to deal with this fraudulent company. Because now i am going to file with a small claim and report them to BBB and also a letter to state district attorney as well. My attorney will try and get everyone petition and all the bad experience from them to seek more damaged and hopefully shut them down. Thank god I have a friend that is an attorney for 25 years and gladly do it for free. I just dont want anyone go through this. I own a business as well and knows that you should never treat your clients this way. Anyhow, through out all this process they not once say "sorry we send you the wrong part, lets us send a correct one and pick that wrong part back" which is what any normal company would do. But nope. I request an RMA# and finally got but again the guy name Winston say "dont send it back yet, wait for them to give instruction to send it back". Now its been 2 weeks i still have not heard anything from them. I have called almost everyday and numerous email. Its has all been ignored. Please dont buy anything from them. They conduct their business in a fraudulent manner… Dont take that chance. Read all the review. I have never deal business like this before in my life.

I ordered my replacement bumper, received an email confirmation, then nothing! After 10 days I called and was told it was being packed for shipping as we spoke. Waited another 5 days and called back. Was told AGAIN that it would be shipped the next day. Same thing happened again. After the 4th call, I was told it had shipped but was sent back so they would use a different carrier. Well, that never happened. The ONLY good thing was that they refunded my money quickly. It has now been 6 weeks and I had to order from another company.

The product took well over 3 weeks for me to receive (small part). It ended up being the wrong part. It took over two weeks for me to receive an RMA number. It has now been over 2 months since I have sent the product back (which I sent overnight) and the RMA is still "processing". My hopes are doubtful. This company is GARBAGE!

I normally don't like to buy expensive items online but I decided to take a chance since they had the best deal for what I was looking for. I purchased a set of 20" wheels for my Range Rover Sport and it was a super smooth and fast transaction. I even called their customer service number and the sales woman was very helpful and polite when I had questions about shipping. I received my wheels in under a week and they were in pristine condition. NO beat up boxes, dents or scratches. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews about this site. I personally had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone to deal with them. A+++++ seller !

My fiance bought me a roof rack for my FJ for Christmas from ilovebodykits.com. Shortly after Christmas, my dad and I attempted to assemble and install the rack. The rack feet would not fit flush to the roof no matter what we tried. My fiance attempted a few times to call with no answer. On 12.28.12 I submitted an official report that my product was defective. A few days later I received an email stating they were out of the office for the holiday and my report would be addressed in the next few days. Two weeks went by without response. I emailed the individual that emailed me that message and he was quite rude in his response, saying that I had not followed through on instruction they had sent me to send them images. I explained that I was sorry and sent the images, but I had never received instruction to send images. In fact, the site had my report listed as resolved, which I found a little humorous. After many more phone calls prompting them to resolve the issue, I received a return shipment label on 2.6.13. I will admit the next delay was my fault because I was busy with work and personal things…and I needed a truck to get the package to UPS so it was shipped 2.19.13, arrived at their facility 2.21.13. They are claiming they have no record of it arriving, which is interesting because I have record right here of Chen signing for it, and will not send a new rack until they do. It feels like we are being scammed, an expensive scam.
Update: I originally posted this review on March 12. Later that day we were informed that they finally found record of the rack being received and that it was on backorder indefinitely. They offered to give the money back on the stipulation that we take down this review. I would not suggest doing business with this company.

I had ordered a Hood and headlights for my car, and got the tracking info from them right away without issues. The item was exactly how it was described as the website and fitted perfectly with my car! Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a VS-3 rear bumper for my 350z from ilovebodykits.com. I did so before reading many reviews and complaints about the company that people had posted and was very worried i had made a mistake but my bumper came in, in just under 3 weeks so not to bad. The bumper was in new condition with no issues. So for all of you who have had issues with them im sorry but ilovebodykits.com came through for me

Last Friday I placed an order for some Spec-D tuning headlights for 2003 Jetta. I was so excited when i found that there was a sale "free Shipping" so i immediately placed my order, after i decided to do some research on this company and in doing so I was terrified from what seemed like nothing but bad reviews. I thereafter called my bank to cancel the order but it was too late the money was taken out. So i decided to give this business the benefit of the doubt and i Can honestly say i am very glad i did. my new headlights are great and i am extremely satisfied.. Overall a solid product making me happy i gave them a chance. My only concern was that my order form did not contain a tracking number. Came two days earlier than ecstuning and i ordered on the same day. Thanks Ilovebodykits.com(1 satisfied customer)

I wouldn't even rate it with one star. This is a company ran out of a person's home the way they do business. They are not Professional, nor are they a reputable company, when they answer the phone, they say what or yes!!, like you are bothering them. They take a long time to send the parts and they send the wrong ones that don't work for your vehicle as described on their website. Then when you ship them the parts back they say they arrived damaged and then won't refund your money.

We ordered 07-08 Toyota Camry Halo Projector Headlights Black CCFL w/ HID Kit Combo. Not only did I realize it was very overpriced after my wife bought the kit, considering I could have gotton one of their kits and the housings seperately for $100 less. The quality is aweful. I had to pull both headlights out and seal them with silicone because there was a 1/4" gap almost all the way around the headlight. I know they say they need more sealant, but this is rediculous. About a month of use later and one of the ballasts went out. We went to a local company and bought a ballast because ilovebodykits never sent the replacement they said they would. Another month and a half later and the other ballast went out. Customer service isn't so great either. I've been caller number one for the last 10 minutes waiting to speak with someone. They sell low quality chinese child labor sweatshop crap at high quality prices and could care less about their customers. Do not buy from here. They're only looking to make a profit by ripping you off.

Unfortunately I did not look for reviews before buying from this company. I ordered a body kit, I actually got it in 10 days, however, one of the side skirts was cracked, and I tried to fit the bumper myself first, and it wouldn't even fit around the headlights. So I had a buddy who works in an auto body shop come by my house, we did some minor sanding around the edges of the bumper to get it to fit. He then told me, this product is a piece of sh!t, and I should return it and get a refund, the amount of work that would need to be done to get this to fit properly would cost more than the bumper was worth to get, and still the fender and bumper over the wheelwell would never line up, no matter how much work was put into it.

So I put in their stupid online RMA request and told them what was going on, I then got a reply back with an RMA, I packed up the entire kit and shipped it back COD since they would not refund me shipping charges.

Well, the shipping company tried to deliver it a few times, each time they told the driver they weren't paying the charge.

I was contacted by the shipping company, SAIA, and was told they have had a few bad dealings with this company themselves, and that they currently have 2 boxes sent back COD that neither party will pay.

Anyway, I am not an @ss, so I paid the charge to SAIA, since it isn't their fault for this company's porr business habbits. In the mean time of waiting for it to be delivered to the company, I got a respnse again from the RMA department telling me they can't accept the return for the front bumper since I sanded the OUTSIDE edge. When I replied and asked why, and explained again that it doesn't matter about return because they can't resell a POS bumper that doesn't fit the vehicle anyway, they completely ignored my numerous emai's, and the supposed GM, Henry, basically told me, "whatever" and hung up on me.
In the end, I returned the entire kit, was only credited back HALF of the amount, and ended up paying just under $400 in shipping. They refused everything, and becuase they have the wording JUST right in their web page, you can't fight them back legally because they are covered by law, even though every lawyer in the country and judge knows these people are basically scam artists and assholes.
