I ordered an electric scooter on 16th November 2020 and have still not received it. I received a message on 3rd December stating that it would be delivered on 9th December between 3 and 7pm and it was not. I have since emailed 3 times and had no reply and had tried to ring them twice but the number doesn't ring or connect. I have now reported it to my bank as I believe it may be a scam. Hopefully I will get my money back. I would definitely not recommend or order from them ever again.

I've had to go and seek legal advice as no contact numbers no customer service , 3 different email addresses contacted and no one answering .

Ordered first weeknof November tracking says delivered and I've a text same day to say cancelled ..I do t have it either way and got the text 3 weeks after my delivery

Absolutely terrible, I do not ever recommend ordering from this company!!! If you find this review site please take these reviews as 100% because I ordered a scooter on the 7th November, it didn鈥檛 come for 2 weeks so I had been emailing them ever since and they had told me it was on its way but no show so I emailed them again and again and I received a text on the 8th December saying it will arrive on the 9th between 3pm and 7pm but it never arrived. I have just received an email from them telling me it鈥檚 cancelled after weeks of telling me it鈥檚 on it鈥檚 way and now that my refund will take up to 10 days, quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to give it back especially at a time like this!!!! I best get my refund.

Ordered a scooter on the 12th November was told it would come by the 3rd of December then again on the 9th December has not arrived, when I emailed them about tracking the item it says it has been delivered to the UK but does not say witch company has picked it up or does not give an address for any depot. They have also stopped replying to any emails and phone numbers don't work total scam do not buy anything from this company.
