I ordered the cream thought I was going to be charge $4.95 for the shipping and the trial was for a thirty day period. Was actually charged for the product and was told that I was suppose to cancel within 14 days for me to not have to pay for the product this was after I called when I received my credit card statement I did not recall any of this information on the web site.
