Everyone at the Illuminate Skin Clinic are very friendly,polite, smartly dressed and everyone wears a face mask to ensure all clients and themselves are safe.

A very welcoming and friendly place to visit, the staff were polite and helpful, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Cosmetic treatment

I am going through the early stages of menopause at 41 and it has had not only an effect on how I look but on how I feel. I wasn't prepared for it. My hair has been coming out, I have been spotty and emotional and felt like I had aged overnight. Dr Shotter is amazing. She has been so kind and caring and understanding and supportive. She has helped me balance my mood and improve my skin at the same time. The other day someone said I was "glowing". The whole team are lovely. The phone calls they make to you before and after your appointment and the emails you receive are just that extra little touch to show that they care.

Dr Sophie is a doctor that is at the pinnacle and forefront of her industry in techniques and modern technology.
She knows what鈥檚 right for your face, your skin and your lifestyle. She won鈥檛 do a treatment if she feels it won鈥檛 benefit a client which is refreshing in a massive industry that can easily take advantage of people鈥檚 insecurities and issues.

Just had a Hydra Facial and Body Ballancer! WOW! My skin looks and feels so much healthier, more youthful, peachy and brighter. In addition the body balancer eliminating toxins & making me feel lighter. My clothes were lose on the way home! I鈥檝e had various treatments from Dr Sophie & Emma, and the care and service is 100% from the moment you walk in the door.

Great clinic with lovely, welcoming staff. Had Coolsculpting on stomach area. Too early to report on results but keeping my fingers crossed! Will be visiting again in January for other treatments!
