I've applied for a simple bank account to this company and completed the online application. For "identification" purposes, they required me to send them a certain amount of money from another bank account to my name.
And then? Simply nothing. It has been weeks without a response for my application. Whenever I try to use the chat functionality to connect to the customer service, they immediately turn off the chat and ignore me. In one rare case I was able to connect to a customer agent who sent me a template response saying that my application was in progress, without any further details; AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING. That's the level of customer service you will get.
Long story short, they asked money from me to apply for an account, and now they are ghosting me. It's become a world where you can't get any service even by paying unless you spend your time to take a legal action.
