You don't rate a site low just because you hate who owns it. You rate it low to tell other people this site is misleading and will attempt to harm you or your computer. As of writing, this has not been an issue.

Some people rated the site bad because there was confusion in the gaming community surrounding IllFonics game Nexuiz. Some believe that Illfonic stole the open source game of the same name and released it for money, only that's not true. Illfonic's Nexuiz is a complete remake using a new engine and all new code, and it was made with the help and backing of the creators of the original Nexuiz project.
There is no problem with the developers or site.

No problems here. Just a site of video games developers who licensed the name for their game. No plagiarism or anything of that sort here.
