Fab products and service everytime

I placed an order with illamasqua 12 days ago and still have not received my parcel, they advised my parcel had arrived at Royal Mail hub for sorting, however when I spoke to Royal Mail they said they still have not received this order item. My order number is 256319746. Can you please get in contact with me to discuss this I have spent a lot of money on this order!! You are usually great with customer service, and I feel extremely dissatisfied

I love illamasqua as a brand on the whole . I ordered two samples of foundation. One of them really didn鈥檛 work well for me but when I checked closer it was not for my skin type . I have a combination skin so the one for dry skin was not for me . That is the beauty of samples you can get to see and test drive what works for you . The sample aimed at my skin type was a whole different story. It went on well and had a lovely finish and was a good colour match but on my t zone it become oily and separated but I think with a few tweaks more primer and setting powder it would be great . I personally tend to have those kind of issues so it鈥檚 me not the product . It was great to be able to try the products out. The ordering and delivery was great . My only issue was the packaging lovely big box and plenty of packing for two small sachets seems a bit wasteful they could have been just put in a padded envelope . Other than that . Great products and great service.

But it was the clear one amd it makes your skin feel amazing and looks so fresh .. didnt know a primer could do that
