my attitude refers strictly to the problem that you have managed incorrectly. I was very nice, but seeing that your answers are short, evasive and without substance makes me suspicious about the order I made, respectively # 20347. I did not receive a message or phone regarding the status of the order … it is not a 5 鈧?order, it is almost 3500 鈧? I have asked you many times what is the status of the order and I have not received a relevant answer. the phone numbers displayed by you, are not valid. practically nobody answers. you said that within 4 days since you have the confirmation that my money has entered in your account, you send me the order. if you want to have a nice collaboration, without indecent language, bad reviews, please respectfully respect your contract with me, the terms and conditions. if you answer me clearly and make sure that the products will be delivered to me, I will no longer advertise bad behavoiur on the internet against you, nor will I announce the competent police bodies to solve my problem. I made a payment in your account and I expect involvement from you … I am very polite person, but when you play with me like beeing a stupid person, i react. if you can't deliver my order next week, I want you to give my money back … I don't want any quarrel with you. respect your clients to gain the desired prestige. I wish you a beautiful day and I expect feedback, but not short, evasive and without essence. for a better collaboration I wait you unblocking me on facebook and communicate there.

Lamps ordered and paid in June 2018 more than 700鈧? Nothing received til today 1st of February 2018. Claimed via email more than 20 times. Only automatic responses. No responses at all since one month. I think there is no more comment to add.
