If there was the choice for zero stars I would choose that for this review.
I have never in all of my life been treated so badly than by this company. It is outrageous that they call themselves 鈥榗ustomer service鈥? 鈥淪ervice鈥?is the furthest from the truth.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!! If you want to lose your money then this is the surest way to do so. Not only do they not return your own money after you have returned the goods but they also don鈥檛 keep you updated, reply to your emails on time, call you back or offer you any other alternative solutions for this waste of time, money and energy.

very poor return policy.
wrong size means you end up with 13eur shipping cost for the return

IKKS send me the wrong size of pants, they refounded the money for the pants – but not the return shipping cost.
So I endded up with no pants and 13 Euro of shipping cost.
Not OK that I have to pay for IKKS mistake.
Bad service in my book.
I did send an Email to IKKS but: Silence is now IKKS new service.
