Unfortunately the small balls go a part after short time (the blue stuff peels of or hang loose) this is why tennis balls are not good for dogs, it gets between the teeth of the dog, I assumed the quality was better in that part. My JDR is sad he can't play with it any more.. needs better balls in the maschine..

It doesn鈥檛 work at all, Ive got a faulty one! The lights come on then fade off, the things in the bottom don鈥檛 spin at all I think it鈥檚 wired wrong/badly, as it came on on 23rd December I can鈥檛 do anything about it till after Xmas, I would like to get one that works so I鈥檒l be calling them on 2nd January to resolve this, it鈥檚 a lot of money for a lump of plastic that just sits there doing nothing.

iFetch ball thrower is a brilliant device for my dog. He's really excited. He's 10kg and probably the largest size dog that should use it. Adjustable throwing distances means it's great inside and in the garden. The 38mm little balls are disappointing quality, as others have mentioned. Logo labelling is stuck onto balls and came off literally within minutes. First ball has been chewed up inside of 24 hours (total of three hours play at very most). Amazed that the only alternative balls seem to be the Kong squeakers. The squeak will drive me nuts!
I might have bought the larger thrower, which dispenses full-sized tennis balls – but I think the price is way too much.
Delivery problem was properly and promptly sorted out by the seller – I was impressed with the way they dealt with it.
All-in-all I would recommend the iFetch – unless you have a violent chewer!

Purchased pack of small blue balls for the ifetch small/medium and within a day two of them appeared to have come apart inside the outer soft coating and will not work in the machine. Very disappointing, the ones that came with the machine are still going.

Bought an fetch too (big dog). Really not worth the money for a ball thrower as it can hardly throw the ball any reasonable distance that would keep a dog happy (<10m). HOWEVER – After a few balls returns from my labradors mouth the dog saliva significantly affects the mechanism such that the ball only goes 2m (even on max throw.)
Item returned within the 30 day period

I am very happy with the ifetch and the service received I'm not happy with the cheap balls, that come with it I have a lively collie and within 5 goes, the ball was in two halves, 拢199 is a lot for a dog toy and high quality balls should be sent for this price luckily good quality tennis balls ? work very well.this is the reason I have given only 4 stars

Bought the ifetch for my very ball obsessive jackapoo.. Arrived the next day as promised.
It is ideal for his height and manages to throw the small tennis balls out to at least 30ft on the 3 light setting. It can reach the end of my garden which is 70ft if it was left to roll, something my dog doesn't do?.
Trying to get him to place the ball in the ifetch is hit and miss at the minute, but then we've only had it for a week…
Only downside to this great gadget I think are the small tennis balls…quite small even for my little pooch and only after 1 week of play, they have become furry and bits are coming away.?. .
If you have the patience to train your pooch to use it on their own, the ifetch is an ideal gadget to buy.

Hi there,
I purchased some ifetch balls from this company on Monday the 13th of March 2017. It is now 7 days later and still not received them. I have contacted the company by e mail a few days ago and not received a reply. They were quick to take out the money through pay pal, it has gone out of my bank account!!!

*Arrived!!!…Excited yes, perfect yes! I agree with Ifetch, I don't know what happened to the postage system but they are here now, no need to send anymore. Many thanks, D ?

The product I bought was unsuitable. Balls exceptionally small, even smaller than appeared in item details. Returns cost a large amount of money too so wouldn't buy from ever again.

I have just received my product & does not work
I had the IFetch plugged into the mains supply & it took several attempts for the lights to start coming on
Once they were on i expected noise from the mechanism but nothing, tried several times placing a ball in there but nothing
My dog & i are disappointed to say the least

solid construction. could do without fur jacket on balls which soon starts to peel off.probably a bit over priced.
