Worst service, in spite of continuous follow up after lodging a complaint about door switch issue in the washing machine on 27th Aug 2020,the technician turned up on 4th sep 2020 after 9 days and smartly he replaced the defective door switch with a old defective switch( might have been removed from some other customer) and when the machine was still inoperative left the spot informing he will bring another one, in the meantime he was trying to push his sales descaler,liquid etc ,just saying because of non application of descaler door switch has turned defective. Such a ocean of knowledge this IFB service personals have, I feel they should treated at par with swami Nityananda.馃ぃ馃ぃ

So ultimately today on 14th sep 2020 the issue got resolved almost around 20 days gone. The service guy was pushing his sales for descaler powder, so just took three packets from him to make him happy. Chalo problem toh katam hua.馃榿馃榿

I recently bought IFB washing machine 7.5 kg and got it installed on 9th April. The guy who installed, insisted that I have to buy eco crystal and ifb descal powder pack(10 packs) and stabilizer for my washing machine. He fixed the eco crystal and said that it is mandatory for washing machine. I was in emergency and had to buy 2 products for him to leave. Later I researched and understood that it is not mandatory and my choice to buy these additional products, I asked him for a refund on these items which he forced me to buy and the service center head doesn't lift my call and till date didn't refund for items I didn't use. These additional products are available in Amazon for 70%discount and are original. The service center guys, make you buy for mrp cost and bag huge profits.

I was unfortunate to buy an IFB washing machine from Flipkart. The IFB service is one of the worst. My sister had to call the service center numerous times before they agreed to first fix the machine and then replace it. Their technicians are not knowledgeable about their own products because two different technicians gave different opinions about the same issue. Please be careful doing any business with IFB.

I was trying yo post a review about ifb-service-center.in website, I checked their website and called them, a person picked up the call and asked for my query, If IFB official is seeing this post immediately block your service from these people. don't ever try to contact this number 080080 38555

when I tried to explain him he hangoff my call because I tried to get the details of free servicing of IFB agin when i called him back from other number he started yeling and using abusive words.
