ifastnet is an excellent service! It's the cheapest I can find and I can't think of any down sides. The sites always load quickly and dependably, and there are all the tools you need to get a site up and running and manage it well. Their customer service is always very quick to reply and very helpful. Thanks so much!

A good hosting service, been hosting my website for a little bit now. The only thing i don't like about IFastNet is that their hosted websites go down often because of DDoS attacks, my website has been facing DDoS attacks quite often.

Got billed for the past 4 years on their automatic billing system. I understand it is my responsibility to cancel but when I asked them if they could do anything they said no. No refund, no credit to my account, just 4 years of service down the drain, also this was for a school project. I did not catch this due to the fact I have around 25 reoccurring subscriptions for a bunch of different things.

I went for an unlimited plan for my company, one of the biggest construction company in my country with a 25 years history and I found myself blocked in everything as they promise unlimited service but actually you have a storage limit. My company emails exceeded the storage limit causing a disaster image of the company. Absolutely AWFUL.

iFastNet is super helpful and I've never had a problem with them. I've never found any hosting company that I like better and won't be switching any time soon. Support is fast, friendly and help solve every problem big or small. At only $7.99 a month pretty much everything is unlimited. I host 7 websites on one account and have never had a script slowed or disabled for taking up too many resources thanks to how generous the allowance is. Highly recommend.

Update.
I have added more stars as someone there picked up the ball and put things right. No extra charge and everything works again. Originally the person who first picked up issue was unhelpful and tried to charge … this was put right. i have left original details up thou. ……Shame i had to give them one star, they do not deserve that.
Seriously bad customer service and as for IT experts, well i think they use children under 7 years old.
They tried lying to charge extra, but i proved that it was a scam. Then they decided to get me back by damaging website where i lost all customer details, website and customers panic and went for chargebacks. They refused to answer support tickets so basically ruined our business completely. Years of work totally ruined. If you are considering using these after reading the reviews then all i can say is you were warned. Ifastnet needs to be shut down and the lazy people there be looking for jobs. Here is one tip for them. Customers bring money, that pays wages and keeps business open. Looking after every customer means that you keep that revenue stream open. Its not rocket science. Every single customer counts and can lead to more customers. Losing one customer with bad performance can cause multiple future customers to never arrive. Every customer is a building block. If you are CEO of ifastnet may be you need to get rid of the rot in your business, the ones in there who do not build a positive relationship with every customer. They are costing you your business

I don't want to give a bad review, but I think this hosting deserves to obtain one. I've been hosting with them for almost 1 year. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee you 99.9% Uptime of your Website. There are sudden downtime (like almost thrice a week) that took 40 Minutes – 3 Hours to get my web back on live. Also, their Support System really sucks. It doesn't give you a 24/7 Support system and takes 5 hours for them to reply on your queries (if you're on Asian Timezone).
I terminated my service way back May 2020, I am appalled and greatly dismayed on their service. I am glad as well that my colleagues recommended me to use another host, which I am currently using right now. So far, it exceeded my expectations and its cheaper than this hosting.
I wish that this Company will realize their mistakes, and improve themselves so that they'll get the reputation they deserve.

I have not been able to publish my website on the hosting and 2 domain names I purchased. Their support system network doesn't allow you to create a support ticket. No one gets back to you. PayPal have been rubbish at trying to get my refund back too. DO NOT USE !!

I have used Ifastnet鈥檚 SuperPremium shared server hosting since 2015. I found them on a search for free fast PHP hosting a couple years earlier and found the service amazing even then.
As a first time novice hosting user I have used their support many times and always get an answer within an hour or so and solution patiently worked on and found within a day. Situations needing to be worked on at a higher level are quickly moved up and I never had to ask.
I host a couple of business sites for friends with no problem. Cpanel, easy email, and fast patient support.

Disappointing. If I could give minus stars I would. Completely useless support who will do nothing whatsoever to resolve anything. You waste days on end over and over again asking for the same help. Seem to have a lot of tech problems. Every single thing, even simple tasks, requires a support ticket due to endless error messages. Support generally takes a week before its resolved (if even then) and if you don't keep nagging on them, they just leave it unresolved. It's also pretty tiring to have to have one account for the hosting and another one for support, who never seem to know a thing about the other. They created a lot of problems for me with the constant poor support and issues. It's clear they outsource support. Never use a hosting company that outsources….
Also, about a month after you buy hosting performance drops considerably and the hosting start hanging. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I have a MyOwnFreeHost reseller account (thfhost.tk) with iFastNet. Its just amazing. They have excellent ticket support and they reply within few minutes. They give me an answer for all the questions I had and this helps me to make my Free Hosting better and help my clients. The best is that they don't do that for the money and offer these services for free. I highly recommend you to use it.

Terrible support!
It was much better a year ago…
Hosting became slow over the last two weeks.
They tried to say that there are no issues from their side but when they understood that they have issues, they simply started to ignore me.
No answers on any tickets.

Idk what happened maybe they changed somebody in the support team, but now they're willing to help and most issues were resolved already! 🙂
A new support member found some issues (not obvious ones) on the hosting side and on my side as well. Most of them are fixed already.
Hope that they will continue to be a great host because I'm using them since 2016 and not really want to change them.. 🙂

I have been with these people for about 8 years without any significant problems. Support has been adequate whenever I have needed it which has not been often. Billing seems to work OK. There was a bit of downtime last summer due I believe to a major software update which went horribly wrong. It has been fine since. This sort of thing happens occasionally and you just have to be patient till it is sorted. No plans to look elsewhere. Quite good enough for my needs and websites.

Great hosting company with the best online support.
I made some misstakes by removing files and they helped me till everything was ok and my website worked like a well oiled machine.
Really dont understand why people give such bad reviews about them.Tried 5 hosting company,s and for me ifastnet simply is the nr1.

I'm using iFastNet Hosting now over 2 years, and it's sad to say that after all that time their services haven't improved a bit, A lot of issues with Certificate's, SSL connections and/or updates they can't handle and communicate to their customers, If they don't want to lose their customers, I would like to advice to listen more to them and what they think is important to improve…
P.S: I'm still waiting for Support Ticket #649072 to get answered…

Help desk is quite courteous and helpful, at least they try. But expertise has become an issue. Though I have been with them for many years, lately stability has become a concern for this hosting provider. Goes down frequently and intermittent problem with https. Had to switch.

I joined iFastnet sceptical, as they had just had a service outage before I joined.
However, after joining, I have found their services to be very god for the money.
I pay 拢5 a month, and not only do I get hosting with Cpanel, but the support I have received has been really helpful.
I opened a support ticket, and within 45 minutes I got a reply. Then within 20 minutes it was resolved!
The next support ticket I opened was answered and solved within 10 minutes.
The support staff are very helpful and polite, and the services simply work, which is what you need to host websites.
Definitely going to be using them from now on.
