The experience was very good. all the aspect are great. My only note, is that the refund reduction for the used bike is aggressive, In My case I had a quite special stolen, and the refund is not really enough to buy I new or a used one in the same level.

I wrote to IF and asked why the annual fee was increased by 1500 SEK and added I鈥檓 considering cancelling the insurance. Their answer was very briefly that they cancelled my insurance ! I can only guess the increase is because I was sick on travelling abroad and had to use the insurance. it looks like once you used the insurance they want to get rid of you! It can be added that I have had the insurance for 40 years! Goodbye IF

IF contacted me and said that if I'm not happy with them I can always cancell the insurancewhich I did.

The slowest service I've ever seen.
My bike got stolen, first, they didn't want to pay, after long discussions and threatening the lawsuit they agreed to pay. It took me more than 2 months to get my money back. They were super slow, I had to call customer service many times and explain all EVERY time. Every time they promised me to solve it the next day and that someone will come back to me, but they never did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am happy with the services and claim settlement policy but seems there is only one request for mandatory deduction which seems varies according to the amount. As if I lost the thinks less then 1500 sek it seems no matter for me to get any support.

Please try to come to the same position of the person who is got loss in any mode either home,travel etc.

We joined If about a year and a half ago, and the service we received was amazing. Super friendly and efficient, with everything clearly explained.

This past weekend, we had to make our first claim. Our case was answered and resolved within less than two working days. Plus, a nice reduction on our deductible because we've made no claims thus far. How amazing is that?

Really can't recommend them highly enough.
