My computer was taken over by an outside source. My mouse started moving with0ut my control.
I was then called by the above people saying I have been hacked. They said they could fix it. This is the second time I have given them money to fix it. I do think they are the ones causing the problem than calling me, telling me I have been hacked, then charging me to fix it. They do not have a viable phone number or web address. I cannot reach them. They also asked for my personal info and my SS number which I did not give.
