While I have been quite a fan of this store for years, they really need to get somebody competent to design a better website. I live an hour away from their nearest store and usually try to see if it's worth a trip to their store, only to find their website down and not functioning. It is a rather poor/limited site even when it does work really, but the taste left in my mouth by it being so poorly designed that it can't even be accessed usually leaves me taking my business elsewhere and avoiding the considerable trip.
