We booked a house (ID 23382643) on July 14.
Dates were available on site and everything went good with the process and moving on with the reservation.
Please note we paid the full amount of 3.031,00鈧?(three thousand and thirty on euros) by the 16.
On July 16, they called us and said there was a mistake with the calendar and the house was no longer available.
Mistakes happen, of course, so we decided to ask our money back in order to book other property, since holidu couldn't provide nothing similar.
I'm trying to speak to someone, sending emails, calling everyday, and we still don't have our money back – today is the 23 of july. Our vacations are from 15 to 22 of august and we are really frustrated. We need our money back in order to book another house – ASAP.
Really really sad and frustrated. Holidu, never again.
