I managed to find a very nice sitter via Holidog but unfortunately the people who operate the site are awful. I had the three month subscription because that was the minimum amount available (still cost 拢57). I set a remind on my phone for just before the subscription was due to auto-renew. I stopped my account from renewing and thought nothing more of it. I've now been charged again and they are refusing to issue a refund. I can't for the life of me remember if I got an email confirming the cancellation but I didn't save it. If you do end up using them please keep hold of any correspondence or (if you get none!) get them to confirm the auto-renewal is switched off. You could also completely close your account.
