This company took our money for a booking for transfers last year to take us from the airport in Majorca to Cala d'Or. When we arrived at the airport we went to the correct place to get the transfer only to be advised that they do not start taking people to that part of the island for another week!! We tried to contact them, we were unable to do anything other than pay another 60 euro each way to get private transfers as there was literally no other way for us to get to the hotel. Absolutely appalling service. We lost over 拢100.

As the previous review.
No confirmation email received but they took the money from my account and left me stranded at Barcelona airport.
After aeveral calls to a foreign number and a uk number…. both denying responsibility…. i was told the company cancelled the booking a week aftwr i made it but did not let me know.
I was promised an email apologising… this never came. Then 6 days later i returned from the holiday i received an email saying they would honour the booking!!!
Apparently another company was taking them over but has changed their minds but still dealing with the complaints.
Do not use!

Booked transfer, received no confirmation email or reference number but money went out of my account. Contacted customer services excepting the issue to be resolved easily, first phone call was told I would receive a call back from their operations department, didn't receive one, called again told the same, same response. Third time I insisted to speak to operations and was put through, operations couldn't help with the issue and would ask finance to look into the issue, still no response, have to pay excessive money for airport taxi as received no response.
Customer services have no log system so you have to explain your case every time to a new customer service employee, none were helpful and just look to fob you off to another department.
Do not book with this company.

I arrived in Palma Mallorca on 21st July 2015 to find that no transfers had been made. The telephone number is a company who dealt with them last year but no longer represent them. Had to pay 鈧?8 for taxis on top of the 拢65 already paid to Holiday Ugo. After e-mailing I have received automated replies from Transport 2UK ltd & Coachire.com but no further response. This company are still taking bookings please avoid.

I had booked 2 separate transfers as some of our party were arriving on different days to Gran Canaria, on both bookings no-one was there to collect us, all the transfer companies said they had not heard of HolidayUGo we had to pay 50Euros for 1 taxi and 80 Euro's (at night) for the 2nd taxi, I have written in & complained and have yet to receive a response and have also tried calling the number on the site which is never answered.

Booked with Holidayugo.com. Paid 拢67.00 for transfer from Barcelona airport and return. No taxi turned up. Rang telephone number, woman said no longer works for them. Left stranded. Telephoned the office, was told Holidayugo.com had gone into liquidation? But they are still advertising and taking bookings under Holidayugo.com? As per other reviews, still waiting for someone to ring back. Worried about return transfer. Have contacted citizen's advice they are looking into whether they are still tradiing and considering my options.

I booked online with this company for transfers from Barcelona airport to my destination and return for 5 people paying a massive price of 拢187.60 for a 50 minute journey. I had looked into this company before booking and it had some decent enough reviews for me to pay this kind of money. We turned up at Barcelona airport and the specified arrival time on the 21st may only to be greeted with…nobody, me and my friend and 3 boys in tow stood for an hour and a half outside the airport waiting. Due to is not having our phones on a kind Spanish gentleman offered to lend his phone to ring the emergency number on the holiday transfer voucher. A gentleman answered and it was confirmed that he had not worked for this company for 3 months as he had not been paid so they had no intention of sending us our transfer. We then had to order a taxi with then cost us another 176 euros to our destination. Since getting back from our holiday (travelling back to the airport by train) as our transfer obviously didn't have a return journey for us Neither, we have been in contact with this company and they are very reluctant into refunding our money even though they left us in dire straits. Beware this company is trading under a few different names including travel2ukltd and coachhire.com. I wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them and they upset my son and my friend and her sons in this matter.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Left stranded at Palma Airport. No pick up as the company have allegedly gone bust. Contacted the transfer provider (Dip Transfers) who informed me Holidayugo have been taking payment from bookings but not paying out to him for the work completed. My Dad has recently undergone major surgery and this was the last thing he needed!! I can appreciate companies having issues but at least have the DECENCY to inform those with bookings so that other arrangements can be made.

I booked return airport transfers from Heraklion airport to our resort at Bali in Crete through Holidayugo after following a link in Travelsupermarket. The outbound journey was completed OK after a somewhat lengthy wait at the airport. For the return we received a fax via our hotel (Sofia Mythos) from DeltaNet travel saying that our transfer for the following day 23rd April would not be served as Travel ugo ceased trading with immediate effect. Please make your own way back to the airport. No word of apology!
As we got the fax late in the evening it meant we only had a short time the following morning to organize transport to the airport some 30 miles away. A UK resident in Crete who we'd met at our hotel kindly offered to take us and our luggage strapped to the roof rack of his trusty aging Nissan Micra which saved the day. Thanks Ray if you ever read this!

So I would be wary of using this company if they are still trading.

Very disapointed. We booked a transfer from Izmir airport in Turkey. On arrival there was no one to pick us up. Called the number provided by our confirmed booking and got told that they have no referance to the booking and havent dealt with holidayugo for ages due to payment issues. Left at an airport with no idea where to get help. No other transfer companies in the area and lost. Thank you holidayugo for messing up part of our holiday. We finally managed to get a taxi to take us but it cost us double what we had already paid to holidayugo. Personally I will never trust them again. Lets see if they fix the mess in time for the trip home.

We were met at the airport by a friendly guy who helped us out to the car & introduced us to the driver that was waiting for us.

We were very impressed with the car, driver and service we received and will be sure to book again in the future wherever we end up next!

We had a great time in Egypt and wanted to make sure you knew that your part of the holiday went just as well as the rest of our break.

Used from faro airport to Lagos, First 9 times absolutely brilliant, very cheap and they used the same buses as others I have used, tenth time they couldn't find us on the paperwork and had to telephone, very polite and after an hour or two sent an 8 seater bus just for us, next time had a problem because the paperwork told me to stand in one queue and the girl at the next stand shouted my name and got quite cross as she had been waiting for me. Other than that no problems and in fairness a lot cheaper than all the rest so happy to put up with it. as there is no saying that it wont happen using the other bus services.

I would recomend this company, have used many before and holidayugo staff was helpful when I made a mistake on my booking and changed it for me with no fuss! The transfer went smoothly, nice driver and arrived on time, good price too so would use again.

Coach transfer from Palma airport to alcudia. Simple check in, told where the coach was. Driver loaded luggage, on the coach for about 40 mins waiting for others. Number of drop offs, arrived at hotel. On the way back, notified at reception of pick up, and all smooth on the way back. No complaints. Good service.

On arrival at Dubrovnik our driver was waiting and courteously introduced himself. We were immediately driven in a private transfer to our hotel.

As required we confirmed our transfers 24 hours before our return flight and again a very courteous and informative driver arrived promptly to provide a private transfer back to the airport.

Both drivers assisted with porterage of luggage.
We will definitely use Holidayugo again and recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Although cheaper than our usual transfer provider (Resort Hoppa). The quality of the vehicle was considerably lower standard than expected, although we ordered a taxi for the three of us a 12 seater mini bus was provided, there was no aircon and in August is needed, the seat upholstery was torn. The day of departure the driver was 20 minutes late. The only positive was when booking I selected the wrong date for departure and I rang/emailed customer services and it was ammended without any charge. Not sure I would use holidayugo.com again.

Booked and paid for a airport transfer in Tunisia. But nobody shows up to collect. Although money was taken fr my card.
