I guild to share review about Coustomer service (Mr.Chiten)
The gentleman who received us on airport (Mr.Zaza)
The tour guide Mr.Sora all is excellent and all is helpful and friendly .

The service of holidayme and my stay in reline hotel in Tbilisi was excellent,

Airline and hotel booking was excellent. Only concern is the response time of the emergency whatsapp number… Really need to improve on that. Overall, it's nice experience

A big thanks to holidayme for an excellent holidaytrip. I opted their package to ARMENIA during the national day holidays. The hotels were good and the service was excellent. The local tour guide (JACOB) deserves a standing ovation as he was really energetic, entertaining and humble by all means. Also, holidayme representatives (Hardik and Elizabeth) were very good as they were constantly making sure the guests were comfortable during the entire trip.

Thank you for the excellent customer service and to Mr Sikindarkhan Inamdar who helped solved my issue very efficiently and promptly.

Great handling of booking matters and after sales services. A lady named Gauri was extremely helpful and proactive in solving some issues I had.

the travel consultant was very nice and respected who treated with the problem with complete proficionality
but what i didn`t like that my reservation was not confirmed dirctly by application which gave me failure in the begining which solved later within 12 hours

This is was my second time with Holiday me and I am really shocked to get one of the worse experiences in my travel lists…..I am a person who travels yearly to countries and back in 2016 I had booked a package with Holiday Me along with my friends and based the service I got I went again to book the same tour and this time it was crucial as I booked the package for me along with my elderly parents and kids …

15 Nov I was continuously contacted by phone as well as email and what app by the agent named Nishant Jadhav offering package for 10,735dhs for 6 pax and finally after booking ,the amount went to 12380Dhs where he provided a reason saying the flight ticket rates hiked within 30 mins of our conversation….I went ahead and on checking could see that the tours on the package was for shared basis and repeatedly asked him and told him that I need private tour and he verbally assured that it will a private one as we are 6 pax…thereafter the booking was made i received no update from him and since that day till my travel I had to constantly send him message after another asking for ticket itenaries,travel insurance ,payment receipt and he would never reply via registered email address and will give a late response via Whats app and not sure why!!

I was genuinely not feeling good his service and as expected…same thing happened in Georgia…..we reached Georgia airport and waited nearly for 20 mins to find the agent who came running saying please wait as the vehicle is coming… package says airport transfer in a coach and to my surprise it was an old sedan that can where 2 bags of ours was kept in the front on pax seat and myself,my sister,my parents and 2 kids where squeezing onto to the back seat and one of our bags were gone to another car which even created more confusion !!!!!

As expected 1st day and 2nd day of my tour the agents came and told me that its a shared tour and they have been informed the same way and we ended up going on a shared tour…2nd day tour as per the package gadauri ,Annanuri and Kazbegi was included where we never went to Kazbegi and tour ended at Gadauri!!!I understood it coz I had visited the place earlier and I had been to kazbegi earlier and again the tour guide knows nothing about it !!!

Final day back to Airport again on checking with the agent they say its a shared basis ….and thinking about the COACH service that we had as we arrived ……to save our life we took a taxi paying 30 laris extra from our pocket and ran away from the scene!!!!!

Please please just a request …stop fooling people around with your fake packages…or at least please educate your agents to stop giving false messages…and finally they all have a same tag line to say "Your feedback is taken and we will do everything to fix it "

i work with a corporate company Emirates and I will make sure that I spread this awareness to all my colleagues to think twice before booking the fake packages with you guys!!

Sorry to say ,,,,,nothing can be done to the damage that I had gone through …but at least honestly I dont wish anyone else goes thru the same dilemma as i went !!

I had an issue with the name changing on hotel booking. Neha Poman helped me out to solve it very fast. Nice and well mannered.

Hi, i recently had a lovely experience of travelling to Malaysia with holiday me. It was my first experience wih holiday me and i was bit worried how everything will be coordinated .Sucheta Gambhir from holiday me was my agent who helped me throughout. She helped me in customizing my package according to my requirements and i appreciate her guidance. She was in touch with me in Malaysia too. And solved the problems there also. Everything was well organized and all airport and hotel pickups and transfers were in time. I will strongly recommend holiday me for planing your holidays.

I utilized services of Holidayme for my last minutes plan of exploring Al Ain. I faced a minor problem in getting my check in, but I would not have known that Holidayme has excellent after sales service if i had not face the problem.

We were 2 family together 7 of us from Dubai booked Italy – Switzerland trip for 9 days, we are quite happy with the package details provided by Holidayme. Holiday was designed good hotel were ok but could have been better in Italy, Hotel has no in house service unlike Dubai breakfast spread could have been better to cater different nationals.
Tour guide was very good, the transportation was good, trip was also as per schedule.
Over all we can rate Holiday me package good but the service could have been better as towards the end there was some confusion and one of the Holiday me staff mislead us in collecting few documents, however Amey and team helped us in sorting out and made our trip memorable.

Had a great experience with one of my booking cancellation. The request was handled by Aarti Gadkari and she was very informative and assisted me to getting the cancellation done.

Please before you deal with this fraud agency , just read the hanged bad reviews .. it might be you . It seems that one of their ways to fake reviews to get your money and later the rouin you hardly earned holiday .. rouined my honeymoon and waste my money .. obviously you can see how much I am hurt . I will write a review daily so I can save more victims from them
