We ordered four bags during early December, and not to talk too much, they never arrived. We keep receiving e-mails from a supposedly "candy Eden" that confirm us that "your bags will arrive this time, dear" with a horrible English and no official e-mail (@gmail.com). When USPS returned them to China, she told us that we were supposed to pay $25 extra because "the re-sending shipping cost would not be covered by them", stating that first time had been "free-shipping" when in fact they charged $7 more than they'd said in the bill. However, when I clicked the link to pay the $25 extra, it was another online store offering a bracelet. She told me I would not receive the bracelet, but it was a way for them to charge the $25, so I did "buy" the bracelet, which, by the way, I have received. The irony in the case is, I received the bracelet I wasn't supposed to receive in only 3 weeks, and, two months after my purchase, still haven't received the bags.

Bought for Christmas. a what I thought was a Michael Kors bag from a mall in California at Holiday Mall. Then after I bought couldn't get a confirmation on purchase until the next day and then I kept responding to someone emailing me with terrible Engish and telling me I would receive my bag. I never did and still haven't! I had to call credit card to dispute charges ! This company is a scam.

I ordered a Michael Kors bag from them for my new girlfriend at Christmas 2013. Here it is Jan 2014 and I have gotten no answers from them. They told me they were based out of New York, But my bag is supposedly in China !! Guess I learned my lesson !!!

The website states that the products are real but when I received my Michael kors purse, after being charged $7 more than my receipt stated, it was fake. There is no way to call this company. You can only email but when the email you back it is as "candy Eden" which is no where on the website. This is a scam so don't buy unless you are okay with spending thatch on fake items.

Once they sent me an email of my card failing and not an email of my card being a sucess with my purchase I knew something wasent right. They don't have a contact number just email and they don't return emails. Also supposedly the handbags are counterfeit. I need and want my money back asap or sue.

Site advertises high end products, Michael Kors, Ugg etc. but never ships the products and no address, name, phone Emails using misspelled words, fake names like Angel, and Candy. Hit my credit card for $178 but no tracking or shipping info. Never received product. Email address are not real either.

Placed an order on Michael Kors website for a handbag then got an email full of miss-spelled words and the website is the same. No numbers only bogus email address. They sent several jumbled emails and the website is obviously fake but linked to Michael Kors and they keep trying to get credit card numbers.
