If I could leave a negative star rating, then I would!

I have never had to leave a bad review for anyone, until today. Please do not order with this company!! I will not be recommending this company to anyone, I will only be recommending that they do not order from them!

Before placing my order, my boyfriend told me not to order from them as the site looked dodgy, I ignored him and ordered anyway as I have never had any trouble with websites before. I cannot stress enough how much I regret doing this!

After placing my order on 5th September, I went away for 10 nights and upon my return I discovered my parcel had not been delivered. I followed up with two emails chasing my order, one on 18th September and the other on the 20th September and no one responded. I then followed up with a call in which I was informed the items were no longer in stock so couldn鈥檛 be dispatched. I received no email informing me of this change but was informed that someone had 鈥榯ried鈥?to call me however no voicemail was left and being away I wasn鈥檛 able to answer this to find out. I also did not have any missed calls from their number. On my call with them I was informed the order would be cancelled and a refund would be sent.

I heard nothing for 4 days and began to chase this. I was in communication with a lady who promised me over and over again my refund would be done 鈥榯oday鈥? On 27th September after continuously chasing, she said that it was 鈥榬efunded yesterday鈥? and that it might take a few days to show in your account鈥?

On the 2nd October I emailed her again chasing my refund and received a response from a different lady who said the refund was not submitted or sent and that she had processed this for me. Therefore, the lady I was initially emailing had lied to me regarding the refund that was supposedly sent. I checked my PayPal and saw that the refund transaction was pending, and it would reach my account on 10th October. I was happy to wait as I knew the payment was FINALLY being refunded.

On 10th October I checked my bank account to see that the payment had not reached my account and discovered that the PayPal transaction had in fact been cancelled. I checked this on 9th October (the day before) and this was still showing as pending so I can only feel that they have purposely cancelled this right at the last minute.

I emailed them back, extremely frustrated at this point, and still I have heard nothing back which I find absolutely abominable. I have also called multiple times, and no-one has answered.

I have since opened a PayPal dispute with them and have recently spoken to my bank who have informed me they have opened a case and I should receive my refund in the next 5 working day after providing evidence of this all.

Please do not order from this company!!! Their customer service is beyond abysmal and I dread to think of how many people they have done this to and got away with it.

Couldn't decide between 3 or 4 stars but a timeline below with notes.

13/09/2017: Ordered 6 tops which stated that it would be 4 – 7 working days delivery – standard (it took longer than this). I received a confirmation email for my order which said I would receive a dispatch notice email (this was not received)

25/09/2017: I emailed HolidayHen to query where my delivery was as I had not received anything nor a dispatch email (I had no response from this).

27/09/2017: I rang HolidayHen to chase my order, it took me a couple of times to get through but I spoke to a lady on the phone who informed me they had been posted 25th (I presume this was because of my email) but I had not received an email still. The lady did give me a tracking number which put me at ease a little.

28/09/2017: I received my order today.

I would order from these again but I was just a little frustrated with the time it took, no dispatch email and the lack of response initially. I would advise ordering in plenty of time just in case but overall, the product is what we were after, cheap and arrived before the date required.

I cannot thank the HH team enough for our fabulous Hen t-shirts. From design to fitting concerns they helped me throw a hen party to remember. We wanted to put the Hen's face on each of the t-shirt (something a few other companies couldn't do or were charging too much for) and Lauren asked me to send several photos so they could select the right size / resolution for a perfect transfer. They even added some flowers in the picture and hand applied rhinestones for that extra pizazz! Not having thrown a Hen party before the girls in the office really helped me with the end product which we absolutely loved. A huge selection of t-shirts colours and styles meant we were a little bamboozled to begin with, and quiet frankly torn between two styles of tops (some of us larger ladies wanted something baggier and less hugging) but this wasn't a problem at all for the girls to sort a mixed order and to get the nicknames on the right tops either. Delivery was on time and was recorded for peace of mind. I've since washed my top and nothing has peeled or fallen off. I'm so grateful I chose this company to do the t-shirts as it was absolutely stress free and I received a very high quality product. I'm going to Butlins with a group of friends in May and we are dressing up as the cast of Grange Hill. I've already asked the HH team if they can put the school crest on some blazers I've already purchased!! I have already recommended this company to several friends prepping their own Hen parties for the Wedding season.

When researching which company to use for my best friends hen party, there were very few companies with reviews, HolidayHen.co.uk being one of them, but their designs were appealing and their Facebook site showed good reviews. On reflection I noticed that you aren't able to post to their Facebook site and the reviews posted are controlled by the staff members, so not an honest reflection.

I organised the Hen do for my best friend and everything was a surprise to her, but she stipulated that the one thing she would love was for us all to have t-shirts……..so I ordered them, 12 for the hens and one for the bride, these were ordered on Monday 22nd August, the hen do was Friday 9th September (giving them 15 working days). HolidayHen's website stated that you will never wait longer than 10 working days…..WRONG!!!!

As instructed I noted that the hen do was on the 9th Sept and the t-shirts were required prior to this. On Sunday 4th Sept the t-shirts hadn't arrived (no update on the progress either) so, getting concerned, I emailed only to be told in a reply on the Monday morning that they had been dispatched…..well that was a lie because later that evening I had a phone call to say something was out of stock (an accessory) so they hadn't been dispatched, but would be sent first class that evening. Weds and Thurs arrived and still nothing in the post, so I emailed again only to be given a recorded delivery reference stating they weren't sent until Tuesday evening (another LIE). Friday morning (day of the hen do) still no t-shirts. I had written a rather lengthy and wordy email to Katy/Kate only to receive no response. No offer of compensation and when asked about a refund they said yes……..but only after the t-shirts had been returned, (I hadn't even received them and as if I'm going to pay postage to return them). This meant I had no money to arrange any alternatives, even if I could find a place that would do some at such short notice!!!!

Luckily I had a friend that was able to go to the local post office on my behalf and beg them to check their sorting office, thankfully they were there so I had to drive myself back from the hen do and collect them wasting time and money that I shouldn't have if HolidayHen had provided an adequate service. To top it off one of the t-shirts had a hole in!!!!

To this day I still haven't received a reply to my email – yes we were fortunate that the t-shirts were in the sorting office but HolidayHen did nothing to help me, offered no compensation for the hassle and should not have sent them so late in the first place.

In my opinion DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…..! I will not be recommending them and in fact I will ensure that this review is read by as many people as possible.
