I made a reservation to LAX and received a confirmation email. The next morning I received a call from a Spanish-speaking (Argentina accent) saying my flight was full and offered to fly me to Long Beach instead for a higher price. I refused and asked to speak to upper management, they then said they would reduce the price and add 1 free carry-on bag for a service fee of $20.00 its a total scam!!

Austin was of great help.

I got my ticket but has to pay extra the price went up. But the experience was good. Just upset that鈥檚 the price was jacked up like 200 dollars.

This is the first time I used Holidaybreakz. Very pleased with the service. Austin was very patient and helpful with finalizing our flight plans. Would highly recommend him and will use him for our future flight travel plans!

I saw a lot of reviews with the exact situation i lived today.
Complete scam!!! I paid $420 for airline tickets. Received a confirmation email. Later on, I got a call with an Indian accent saying the airlines would not let the tickets go through for that price and the price is actually $205.
I declined that price and requested a refund. They explained that if i decline the transaction, i have to pay a fee of $35, after she told me $20 for each ticket, and we booked 3 tickets.
I now have to dispute this case to try to get my money back.

This are real scammers you book a ticket with them. Next day they tell you price went up you have to pay more now.

SCAMMERS- Unscrupulous RESELLERS- At the last minute, a scammers calls with a HEAVY Indian accent, to let me know I needed to pay two and 陆 times the original ticket price because the airline sold out of the bulk pricing. I called the airline and discovered my ticket purchase was NOT bought thru a travel agency, but, a private gmail account for much less than what they charged.

Complete bait and switch scam!!! I paid $756 for airline tickets. Received a confirmation email and everything. 30 mins later I got a call saying the airlines would not let the tickets go for that price and the price is actually $1,085. I declined that price and requested a refund. Long story short I do not have a refund and I now have to dispute this case to try to get my money back.

I called a number in March 2020 believing it was a number for my airline Lufthansa, when I questioned them if they worked for this airline, they said yes, they are their support group. I Was rebooking flights to a wedding in Europe. The pandemic didn't allow us to go. Suddenly when I got my credit card statement HolidayBreakz out of CA. showed up. I had never heard of this company and was confused by this as again I had never heard of this company. After some research I realized this company cheated me out of 700.00 in bogus cancellation fees that they said the airlines imposed, the airlines denied this charge ever have happened. They rebooked me for a flight in Sept. that again I could not make because of flight restrictions to Europe. I went directly to my airline to rebook again and they said this travel agency had a hold on my reservation and they could do nothing for me. I have lost
more than $5000.00 now with new flights booked and losing my September flight's cost because of this bogus company. Never use this company or it's sister company Friendz Travel, they are both out of the UK and they change phone numbers constantly, THEY ARE A SCAM!

I booked a direct flight and was quickly confirmed into a different flight with layovers without my permission. Now I am having trouble getting ahold of the company. Such a headache!!

I have not traveled to Milan yet and I have just finished purchasing my holiday. I was pleased with the service I received from Mr Chris. I was quite stressed about looking for holidays when me and my wife stumbled across Holiday Breakz. We originally wanted to go to Portugal but it was too expensive. I came across as quite impatient and flustered on the phone but Mr Chris was extremely helpful and displayed incredible professionalism. In the end he recommended the holiday in Milan. He listened very attentively and catered to our needs through out. I will recommend them to others as well.
