TERRIBLE!
Here I am, FORCED to write another bad review of H&M (specifically Austria and Germany) because AGAIN, they are messing up our account!!!
Do not shop online especially! The person in charge of their website, the IT department AND their customer service on social media, especially Twitter are HORRIBLE!
The IT department messes up your account every single day, making the balance higher than it should be, thereby costing you MORE interest (MONEY!)! I think someone is stealing from our account or just purposely messing it up. It happens every single day. Every time I check the account which because of the problems is now DAILY, the balance is wrong!! I can never shop because it says I have no money to shop with (which is wrong!) and if I ask for help via social medial, especially Twitter, I get treated very badly and also never get help. When I write messages to customer service, they don't help either. Every now and then someone is normal and helps but then it's wrong again the next day.
Also, if you call, it costs money and they still don't help. You get the run around.
We do all our child's shopping with H&M but will probably stop soon. What a waste of time, expensive and mess!
Sad because we like to shop with H&M but we are probably moving to Zara now. This is not worth the trouble!!!!!!!
p.s If H&M wants to fix this mess, I will gladly remove this bad review but until then, I will leave them all over social media and the internet, in as many places as I can. People need to know what is happening!
