The only thing where I was very disappointed about is that H&M did send back one of the leggings, without that it arrived at my home..
When I called them, they said it was because they made a mistake in the warehouse and the pants where not in stock anymore..
Since I had to find out this myself, I was a bit disappointed in their way of communicating with clients..
Mistakes can happen, but at least inform your clients about it. So they can look further and don't have to wait 3+ weeks for pants that are never coming.
I think H&M is a good company for clothes, but they still have to improve their online sale processes.

I Love the Special Designer cooperations- this morning Go Live for Giambattista Valli
Fortunately I was lucky to get a telephone Access at 08:02 am and thought I succesfully ordered all my favourite articles which was confirmed by the Lady at the customer Service (I asked her severeal times if my order was succesfully completed and she confirmed!)
As I got Access to my App Account half an hour later (the complete site broke down due to the "storm" on the coop), I saw that the order was not executed, so all my loved articles were gone now!
Now the worst Thing: I contacted the customer servive- By Chat because Mail is no more available, at least to get a sorry or an explanation, but the Chat contact just gave me the rude comment that they don#t understand my issue or Problem
-> H&M SERVICE FOOLS their confident and loyal Member Plus Customers to be the worthiest ones and to get a lot of Membership Advantages
-> IN TRUTH they not even give their Dearest Customers an answer, a sorry or anything else
-> THEY GIVE LESS THAN NOTHING on their customers, even though the Company has massive sales and Profit decline at the Moment, which is not astonishing at all with such a ROTTEN BEHAVIOUR
-> I can spend my Money much better with other companies
-> DON'T BUY

If the order is not on time I get my shipping costs back. Plus sometimes I get a discount for my future order. They know how to commit you.

Before this happening, I ordered another item in H & M, but now it's just over 16 days and I have not received my purchase yet. They only sent me an automatic email to apologize for the late delivery of their goods.
