H&C Weighing Systems

Like the scale if only it would have come with the manual that goes with it. Key pad in the manual I got does not match the key pad on the scale so I cant figure it out. Maybe send me the correct one via e-mail .

The balance I ordered was on back order. I didn't realize it at the time but I was contacted by a sales representative the same day alerting me of this. It only took an additional week to get the balance which was not a big deal and it was a great price.

First order from H&C and everything ran as it should. Only note would be to ADAM Equipment, manufacturer of the scale we purchased, for a relatively poorly written/hard to follow instructional booklet.

We were looking for an accurate yet portable scale to weigh medical devices for transport. After reading reviews and comparing notes for our needs then we took a leap of faith with the Adam CPW plus- 150. We have not been disappointed and are very happy with our purchase.

The first scale I received did not work. I called and within the week they sent another scale that works just fine. They took care of business.

Everything about this purchase process was incredibly easy. The scale I purchased is of a higher quality than the previous scale I had which was four times the price.

I have been purchasing scales from H&C for several years and have never had any issue with the products or the online purchase experience. A solid product at a great price is hard to beat. i would recommend them to everyone.

Had to buy to highly scientific scales last week to use in a kitchen.
Was not used to setting up such complicated equipment.
Customer service walked me through setting them up, waited patiently on the phone, and helped me figure out that using a cardboard divider around the scales would eliminate airflow so they could work properly in a non-laboratory setting. Such a rare please to speak with Customer Service that knows their products!!
Was worried we would have to return this equipment, but with their assistance, would be pleased to order from them again!
