I bought the extension and it is really horrible. They said it is human hair but actually it is just cheap product. I decide to refund the hair after I receive it. They said they need me to return the original one which means uncut cable tie , original bag. I mention to them I never use it and show them picture and they said I already used and make a lot of strict rules for me to refund it . It is really hard to refund tbh. Please do not touch this company . Really rubbish .

Paid 拢11.99 for hair extension tapes (including postage) they were absolute cheap rubbish. I could have got the same ones for 拢1 from eBay. What a rip off wouldn't expect anything good quality from this mob!

I was searching for new extensions after Christmas. Thought I might get some good January sales prices online. Stumbles across hairfactoryshop.co.uk they had a good looking range of extensions at reasonable prices. So I read up a little on their website.
"100% natural Indian remy hair" and it's "shipped from the UK" sounded perfect as my last extensions were Indian hair. So I done the colour selection and decided I'm gonna try this company. I paid for the extensions then paid 拢9 for express delivery (said they would arrive within 3 days). So next day I get an email saying they have been dispatched and will be with me within the next 3 working days. 4 days later I'm waiting. 6 days later I'm waiting, 9 days later I'm waiting… I get an email saying my extensions have been shipped from the factory to the mail shipping place….IN HONG KONG!!! Are you serious? The main reason I bought them was because they were "shipped from the UK" obviously not! So after paying extra for express delivery 2 weeks later they arrive. I was already not happy.
So I take the extensions out their packet and as someone who has wore extensions for a long time and had many different kinds of extensions, I could tell straight away; these were the fakest of the FAKE extensions. In no way was this remy Indian hair… it wasn't even hair!! They have the cheap synthetic feel and smell as soon as I pull them out the bag and they look nothing like the colour I ordered. I ordered a platinum blonde and these were like a strange ginger/yellow colour… not blonde and definitely not platinum blonde.
So I then decide, I will give them a try as it states on their website that you can style them curl them and dye them and since they are "real hair" that should be possible. So I start curling a one clip piece and it is literally sizzling in my hands… real hair doesn't do that..I thought my straighteners were gonna catch fire. The smell was awful and they didn't even curl at the end of it. So I then decide to put a silver toner on it to see if you really can colour them to suit you… wash it, put the toner in, let it soak up rinse it then leave them to dry… nothing. So I try my purple hair dye I have, once again nothing!

These extensions are fake and the company is lying on their website. You can't do anything with these extensions and nothing about them is real or natural looking. They are a cheap Chinese set of factory made extensions and that shows. Will not be buying from this company again and I suggest no one else wastes their time or money on them either.
And unfortunately I can't even send them back and get my money back as it needs to be returned within 10 days… and unfortunately shipping to the place in china will take over 14 days and cost me another chunk of money which I am not willing to pay for this company. They also don't accept returns if they have been tried on. Only acccept them if they still have the tag that holds all the extensions together. RIP OFF COMPANY
