Absolutely disgusting service.
Never sent my products even after several days.
Ignored me and didn't refund until I threatened reporting the money they took as fraud as they didn't sent my items and reporting to trading standards, after I sent the email I received a refund within 5 mins, but no sorry or explanation to them wasting my time.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I have used hair 100 on 2 occasions, the first time I bought a pack of 100 prebonded hair extensions in a blonde shade, after 3 weeks they were that terrible in condition I had to remove them, I deemed this because they were bleached blonde extensions so had been processed alot so had less life expectancy.
1 year later today 26/10/2020 I bought from them again thinking now I'm going for a darker shade for a friend and my friend requested a cheaper cost extension due to only having them for a wedding we ordered enough for her hair in the darkest shades.
Paid for at 10am to be in line with their next day delivery regulations, at 14.30pm I still hadn't received an order confirmation, or receipt but they had had the money from my account.
I emailed that evening to ask them and also checked my online account which still stated 'processing', the next day I expected delivery, waited all day and at 4pm I emailed them again. Still no response so I phoned them, in which the phone was picked up and put straight back down 3 times, again on my account it stated 'processing' however all orders before 14.00pm would be same day dispatch. Again today 3 days later, I emailed, no response, called and no answer 4 times, order still processing, no response at all to any communication methods provided and nothing has arrived in the post.
When I looked on Facebook at reviews I saw how people had said not to buy from the company as its terrible quality and or you don't recieve a thing.
With this in mind I checked my emails, phoned again and nothing.
I sent them a very firm formal email stipulating that I would be contacting my back and how they had breached customer rights by not delivering products of agreed date and what I had paid for with next day delivery etc, stated I would complain to trading standards and post on here, within 15 minutes of sending the email I had been refunded the full amount, however no apology and no explanation, no response at all.
Waste of several days and my time. Avoid!
