I was recommended this clinic by two separate friends who had their hair done. They told me how good it was and the value for money it provided. It didn鈥檛 disappoint. I haven鈥檛 seen the full result yet because I鈥檝e only had the op done this week. But I can鈥檛 praise Zuhal enough and the friendly surgeons who did my op. Great service from start to finish and the attentive aftercare has so far been brilliant.

In a market where objectiveness is difficult to measure, this is a five start review from a third person in a chain… excellent stuff!

I had my transplant nearly 2 years ago and I'm amazed at the end results . ouldnt have asked for a better experience from start to finish. zuhal and the staff at jinemhed are amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting this done

Absolutely amazing service from consultation thorough to taking off my bandages the day after surgery.

It was a big move coming to Turkey by myself for such a delicate procedure but it's been amazing. My patient coordinator was Zuhal who was there to answer all of my 1000 questions pre operation and arranged everything from transfers from the airport to hotel accommodation and was there to meet me on the morning of the operation to put my mind at ease.

The surgeon and the team again were excellent, the whole team made me feel comfortable and I could tell they all took a lot of pride in their work drawing my new hairline until I was happy. I was then lead into the room for the procedure which as you can appreciate takes time to extract and implant each follicle one at a time.

After the surgery I was greeted by another surgeon who was there to offer me fine Turkish tea and walked me back the short distance to the hotel accommodation, again offering me lots of aftercare advice.

The following day I was back to remove my bandages and clean up my scalp. New patients were in the next day going through the same procedures asking how I was!

I have just recently got back from here after a hair transplant. I had been contemplating having the procedure for a while and after a nudge for a friend at work who had recently had his done here I decided to go for it and what a pleasant experience it was . I can not thank the staff enough they were all wonderful and looked after me from start to finish. Zuhal and Ozzy especially thank you so much for making it an easy decision.聽

If anyone is like me and contemplating having this procedure done, I can not recommend this place enough A***.

I had been tampering with the idea of getting a hair transplant for about three years altogether. One day a friend of mine booked up at a different surgery, so I jumped on the band waggon.

Fast forward a year, I was put in contact with Zuhal and she offered me the same treatment at half the price i was originally going to pay. At first I was apprehensive about traveling alone for cosmetic surgery but every question I threw at Zuhal, she came back with an answer. This really put me at ease.

The day had finally came. I was met at the airport with a friendly smile and had contact throughout all of my travels. I was checked in to the hotel and the itinerary for the next few days was explained to me.

On the day of the treatment I went to meet Zuhal at the office, then i was taken to the treatment room, signed a few papers and got into my robe. All of the staff were fantastic, although there was a language barrier between a few, there was always someone available to translate. Whatever you are thinking or whatever you have been told about the actual treatment, forget it, a filling is more discomforting.

Although it's early doors, I'm over the moon with the outcome. I also managed to soak up a lot of the beautiful Turkish culture (and food). I'm currently sitting in the airport waiting to fly home, content that this was one of the best decisions I have made.

Thank you to Zuhal, Enes and the rest of the team for all of the help (and gallons of tea). If in doubt, get it booked.

I was apprehensive coming to Turkey by myself for the first time, especially for an operation but it's been great, Zuhal has always been there to help me with any questions or concerns I've had. I was made welcome from the moment I was picked up from the airport and have been very well looked after throughout.
The hair transplant took longer than I expected but that's because I didn't do my homework and find out how long it should take. The surgeon was excellent, he made me feel comfortable and I could tell he took a lot of pride in his work, and once it was done there was no rush to get me out the door. We spent half an hour afterwards drinking tea and when it was time to leave the he walked me back to the hotel to make sure I got back safely. All of the assistants and other members of staff were very pleasant and professional too.

Im from bulgaria. Im living in london. I have met with zuhal in london. We had a coffee together. We talked about how they do this hair Transplant. i got many many information and i been so interested about it. After i decided hair Transplant to myself . I came to istanbul. They picked me up from airport with high class vip car to the hotel and first i enjoyed such a beautiful city of istanbul.so Second day i been in the hospital in the morning. I have met with doctor and with his assistants they explained to me how they do . The operations took about 8 hours. I didnt feel so much painful. Everything was perfect with lovely people. Now im going to my 15th day. Im so glad to see myself on the mirror. Many many thanks for every single person from (hair-turkey) in istanbul. Love you guys all ..

So my husband has just came home from having his hair transplant here, from the offset the whole experience was made very easy with the patience and help Zuhal, such a lovely lady who goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions (we had lots) and sorted everything out from landing in Turkey… transfers, accommodation, taxi to and from the clinic, even when he missed his flight home (his own fault as they got him to the airport in plenty time) but she still arranged to have him picked back up and took to overnight accommodation until his new flight the following day.
At the clinic the staff were all extremely polite and professional, my husband has one word for the full process… OUTSTANDING.

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering having hair transplantation done 🙂

Just back from jinemed hospital in Istanbul and had the hair transplant procedure done. I can not recommend this place enough. 5* treatment throughout. The doctors and technicians were outstanding very professional and friendly. Zuhal especially as she takes care of you from start to finish always checking up on you and keeping you updated via email and watsapp. Very easy to arrange. just book your flights and they will arrange the rest including transfers to and from the airport. Great accommodation available if needed. No pushy sales techniques to try and get you to go ahead you are in total control. I asked about 100 questions upon enquiring over an 8 month period and they were always happy to answer any questions. The majority of the team speak good english but there is a translator there who explains everything to you including any aftercare treatments when you return home. outstanding anyone in the UK thinking of getting it done I would highly recommend this clinic. Probrably the most friendliest establishment i have been to. 5*

Just got back from having my hair transplant from Jinemed i had it on the 10th of November 2018 i had a very easy and excellent experience with the staff there put me at ease because I was very nervous. Would like to thank Zuhal for sorting getting me to the hotel and taking me threw all the process of before and aftercare. I will keep update on my progress threw out and would highly recommend for the great value and friendly and skilled staff.

Zuhal was very helpful with making all the arrangements. There was no problems with the travelling or the hotel reservations, everything was handled really well. On the day of the procedure I was quite nervous but the doctors and staff were very friendly and informative about the whole thing, it all went fine and the first couple days were not as bad as i expected. I'm on my 10th day after the surgery and I am more than happy with the way my hair look and how well it has healed. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering a hair transplant procedure and I will definitely return in the future if I need another one.

I underwent my FUE Hair Transplant procedure in September last year. It鈥檚 been 8 months and I am absolutely amazed by the results so far. Had my hair transplant in 2016 and can honestly say that I'm 100% happy with the result, the staff there are the best you could ask for and really look after you, the hospital is up to a very high standard and would recommend anyone that's thinking about getting it done to choose jinemed ??

Although it is too soon to comment on my results as it is still growing in, I can say they offer an excellent and very professional service, you are well looked after from start to finish, and they keep in contact with you during your aftercare in case you have any questions. Zuhal is an absolute star for them and will do anything she can to help you out and make sure you have an enjoyable experience. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I know I will have a good result as my friend has visited them before me and you wouldn鈥檛 even think he鈥檇 had his hair done it looks so good! Highly recommend.

I am from Wales UK and this was my 2nd FUE procedure at Jinemed, the last one being around 4 years ago. I would never have returned if my testimony below wasn't true. The results from first procedure were astounding and permanent. As non transplanted hair naturally continues to thin I decided to return to Jinemed for a final "top up" and they haven't disappointed me. Despite some confusion in logistics and communications; some of which was my own fault, I can only praise Jinemed for the professional service they provide. The hotel accommodation was very good and in an excellent location. It's just a week on and I know from my past experience with their work, the results are again going to be astounding. The whole team from the initial arrangements through to discharge from the hospital, work tirelessly to satisfy your requirements. I have to give special thanks to the two technicians that carried out the tedious 6 hour procedure for their patience and skill and apologise for the the snoring when I "nodded off". That's how comfortable I felt. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this hospital for FUE. They have been outstanding. Thank you again Jinemed

It was a great experience. I wished, I've done this earlier. From the first entrance into the hospital until leaving I was very well accompanied. It would be great, if the communication would be more detailed (what happens next…) I'm looking forward to great results in a few month and like to thank the whole team for their professional and great work.

The staff was incredibly friendly that was the biggest positive. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. On the negative side sometimes it felt a little unorganized. Almost feels like they are just winging it at times but obviously that is just because I don't speak Turkish. I am only a month post operation so now I just have to wait and see if the results will be as great as the friendly staff. Overall very satisfied.

Jinemed was recommended to me by a friend as the best place to have a hair transplant.
I made the long trip from Australia and was not disappointed. I had my procedure done last year at age 45, I literally had no hair on the top front and back part of my head. The hospital facilities were similar to private hospitals in Australia. I had my own room and the staff responded to my calls as if I were a heart transplant patient.
I had to wait about 6 months for the results to come through and I now have natural looking hair and I look 10 years younger. Thank you Jinemed, thank you Dr Bufur! Fred Australia
