They are clueless. They don't even know what they are advertising on their own site. The title for some Tubing said 3m and then on the description it says its sold by the metre. So I emailed to ask them is it 3m or the 1metre and the response is read the website again it does not say that. Clearly it does say that or I wouldn't email. Sent a screenshot to prove it. Think they are smart and know everything. Rude very rude! Don't waste your money here.
Update – when I checked the website the next day. They had corrected their error on the website, so clearly it did have a error or they wouldn't have changed the description 馃槀

I agree with other bad reviews about these people . Very Rude and not helpful at all .i asked a simple question about a product . And they could not even be bothered to help me …shame as I was going to buy a few bits from them .. but there loss !!!

I have been using H2O for a long while now, mainly via their online shop, I have also visited a few time and Rachel and Jon have a vast array of dry goods as well as an excellent selection of fish and coral. they have always had time for me and are very knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing shop, have been there since day one when entering into marine fish keeping, Rachel and Jon are really friendly and have always got enough time for me to browse and ask questions. Would recommend to anyone wanted to steer away from commercialised pet shops and get a really personal experience.

Anything you need is either in stock or it will often be ordered while your standing there, known these guys for years, shop is especially smart recently after a re-decorate, well worth the visit what ever marine your after ???

Excellent customer service and after care ,the vast amount of livestock and equipment,is just staggering, well worth a visit you won't shop anywhere else ?? They will when available specially order rare hard to source livestock ,very helpful knowledgeable staff ,a pleasure to visit ?

One of the best shops I have ever been to the staff are friendly and polit, doing whatever they can to help. It's taken a long time for me to find a fish shop that cares and not just a cash cow retail chain giving duff information.
If you want the best advice and people that truly want you to succeed in the hobby go and take a look also the recent refit is amazing and a credit to the shop.

I鈥檝e been using h2o aquatics for some time now and the service is second to none. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they will do all they can to suit you鈥檙e needs in the quickest time possible. Great selection of products in store and online with a fantastic shop displaying all products.
As said above, nothing is too much trouble and will happily support them for as long as I am reef keeping.

This is definitely a 5* shop. A huge selection of healthy livestock and carefully selected dry stock by the owners to cater for everyone from beginner to expert hobbyists. Never been disappointed with the service (online and instore).
Rachel is always so helpful, lovely and passionate about what she does. Would strongly recommend.

I鈥檝e known Jon and Rachel for years – always super happy with the service I鈥檝e received. They are my go to whenever I need new equipment or additives for my tank.
I鈥檓 local but recently had to get something posted out due to work commitments and it arrived quicker than expected.
The new shop layout is brilliant and the coral selection is better every time I pop in.

H20,always going the extra mile!
I travel from Wiltshire to see these guys. The fish and coral are easily ordered in for me and with never any pressure to buy!
Exceptional service over the last 3yrs of buying from them both online and in store.
Rachel always goes the extra mile even when in the past I鈥檝e contacted her late at night with an issue or emergency.
Will continue to spend with them.

Having bought a complete marine set up I can鈥檛 say enough how fantastic H2O Aquatics have been. They have gone above and beyond with their help, advice and service. They are friendly and know their stuff on all aspects of fish keeping from fish, corals to all the equipment you would ever imagine. Offering an excellent range in store as well as online.

The worst customer service! Avoid a all costs! It鈥檚 not worth the saving of 拢5.
Late delivery on a tracked service which shows they didn鈥檛 post when promised for an item deemed urgent. I contacted the seller by phone to request and confirm item could be posted same day (before I made a purchase).
Instead it was posted the day u was meant to receive the item. Complete waste of a day.
Neutral feedback was left as a result and that when the company鈥檚 true colours show.
Seller has a reputation for being rude and disrespectful. If you have any problems/ issues then they鈥檒l try to bully you into going away. If that doesn鈥檛 work they鈥檒l conveniently blame RM forgetting that anyone can check RM policy to determine the accuracy of what their saying. And if that fails they鈥檒l threaten you to change your feedback or face the wrath of being reported to Ebay. Not the smartest bully on the block especially when their talking to a solicitor by trade. If that鈥檚 not enough to convince you to stay away from this company. They then proceeded with defamation of my character by openly suggesting I have mental health, and that all my composed responses with photographic proof and policy references were referred to as 鈥榙rivel鈥? Of course, naturally when I mentioned the sellers 鈥榗laims鈥?were not backed with any proof, none were ever provided and I was told to stay away and don鈥檛 come back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Unbelievably poor customer service
This company really isn't geared up for online sales in this day and age. Firstly, I placed an order online but then received a call the next day to be told that I had to pay extra for next morning delivery as I'd ordered livestock. That made sense and was no problem and I was sent a link to pay the balance. I was also told that they wouldn't send out livestock for delivery on a Friday, Saturday or Monday! We agreed that I'd be in for delivery the following Wednesday and I went online and paid the delivery charge. We duly waited in all that morning but nothing arrived. On calling we were advised that this was because I hadn't called them to tell them I'd paid the balance (although PayPal must have emailed to tell them). The guy on the phone was then really rude and aggressive when we explained that we'd taken a morning off work.
My husband then agreed to be in the following Tuesday. We were told the courier company would give us a 2 hour window but we heard nothing. Once again, no delivery, so we rang again. We were told that it was impossible that my husband had agreed a Tuesday delivery as they don't send anything out on a Monday either!! Apparently it was being sent out on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. The delivery did arrive on the Wednesday and the livestock looks good but we weren't given a two hour window so we ended up waiting in for three whole mornings to receive a single delivery. When Amazon can deliver same day, this really isn't acceptable customer service.
