H2 Miracle Water

H2 Miracle Water sells hydrogen generators. Although I am glad with the product, I was disappointed with their customer service, which is supposed to be "excellent". If you are simply content with the concept of: "You buy, they ship, you receive" then they're doing fine. However, if you expect some after sales service, in my experience there was none.
Also, the Bluewater 900 Hydrogen inhaler has one essential drawback: as a breathing machine it's no good. Why not: the nasal cannula is too long and the machine is not powerful enough to "push" the hydrogen all the way to the end of the cannula and in your nose. It worked only when I shortened the cannula to less than 20 inches (about 50 cm). I didn't feel any effect until I had shortened the nasal cannula. But now the nasal cannula is so short I have to hold the machine next to my face for 20 minutes, which is rather inconvenient. So if you want to inhale hydrogen gas, I would suggest purchasing a more expensive model.
