They trick people into 12 or 24 month kontakt with out informing the customer. Everything sound good but never ends up as such.

Really dishonest company. I was trapped by their sales people. To be honest I don鈥檛 speak Swedish. So they tricked me and said this was the best deal ever. Then they asked me to sign. But then I asked specifically is this a contract that I鈥檓 signing? They said no this is just a price check against my current provider and it鈥檚 not a contract, someone will call me in 7 days and see if I want to go ahead. Then they asked me to sign with BankID and I asked again is this a contract I鈥檓 signing. They said no the bankid is just for GDPR purposes. Completely lied about everything. Do not trust them on anything and just run the other way.

Really good customer service. Electric bills are cheaper, "save some money". Now we pay summer electricity so even cheaper. I would warmly recommend them.
