I love Frantastique and have recommended it to my friends who want to improve their French. It's a smart, fun and engaging language course, that's not boring and fits well into my schedule. I've also recommended the Spanish version for other friends. I have signed up for 2 years, so I hope with this dedicated time, I will be able to surprise my French speaking friends someday! A votre sante!

I'm really enjoying this new learning experience. It's never boring if compared to my previous teachers/schools.
The fact that the application keeps track of my activities and performance is of great value for me, especially when it reminds of the mistakes I made, correct them plus offers explainations about how to get it right next time. Seeing the statistics of my progress keeps me motivated as well. I'd say that so far I'm enjoying my adventure with l'AIGF and Victor Hugo鈽?

I have studied French since I was a teenager, but lately I felt a little rusty. I tried other online courses, which were ok, but then I came across Frantastique, by chance. It was such a nice surprise. To receive the brief lessons in my phone/e-mail five days a week makes all the difference. The contents are so fun, so grown-up, so "everyday life"… Nowadays I look forward to receiving each lesson.

I am 77 yrs. jung and live in Switzerland. With the CIVID-19 lockdown I took my wife's advice to try Gymglish to improve my German. I am having fun and meating my goals without stress. The program is focused on high German. I am conversant in Swiss German, a non written dielect.

Great language courses: nothing like the other apps I've tested: there's a story, each lesson is a chapter with a sharp sense of humor, and each lesson adapts to my level and reminds me of my previous mistakes.
I recommend it!

I enjoy frantastique and have learned a great deal. The vocabulary is focused on the office and the home a bit more than I would like, but for those who will live and work in a francophone land I am sure these words will be useful.

I have been doing frantastique since last September, the test quoted me B1 – B 2 . I find the lessons amusing and rather difficult sometimes when conjugations of the subjonctif pr茅sent and imparfait are required, I still resort to guessing mostly, but am catching on slowly but surely.I believe this course is definitely very worth my time and money . So all in all I am a happy customer.

Never had so much fun while learning a language. The lessons are very short and even with my busy schedule I am able to do my lesson per day. The stories are funny and what I like the most is that different accents are taken into consideration. Big up!

At school, I took English as my first foreign language, but after six years I was still unable to speak. Despite this, I did average on the written papers. During a trip to USA, I came back very frustated because not only did nobody understand me, but I didn't understand anything. When I decided to visit Australia, I came to the decision to improve my spoken English. 3 months before the trip, I started to work on my English every day, thanks to online software. I quickly became aware of pleasure that I felt. I needed to practice English every day. A friend of mine mentioned Gymglish to me. I found Gymglish often difficult, but I loved it immediately, particularly its humor. The two days of the week without lessons are bad days, as I look forward my next lesson. I left for South Africa last month and for the first time I succeeded to speak and to understand other people. It was amazing. I was very proud of myself and I would like to make more progress. Thanks Gymglish!

It's a TRAP. AVOID IT. They show you a reasonable price during your trial. After that when you want to subscribe, you will find out that the price they showed you actually requires 3-years of subscription. If you subscribe monthly the price will be tripled. They hide intentionally. WHAT A SCAM.
// Reply to gymglish's message:
You provide free trial which shows price of 14 euro/month without mentioning a minimum of 3-year's subscription. I am sure you are doing that intentionally so that people would not be scared away by your price. But eventually people will find that out when they really decided to subscribe. I would call that CHEATING. You have wasted people's time and expectation.

I am fond of my Gymglish lessons for many years now. I've really improved my English. Now, I am able to follow an English conversation without any problems, or watch a film without subtitles… I am allergic no more to Shakespeare's language!

I love their course! I've been using Gymglish for 5 months now and my subscription will end soon. I think I'll buy a new subscription however, I've learnt a lot.

Frantastique is awesome, fun, engaging, with detailed explanations of what you get wrong and even on what you get right.
Out of all the online language learning options out there, this is the best one I tried by far!

Great courses, love it ! Daily lessons helped me maintain my level in a fun way. It takes me only ten minutes a day and the course is totally flexible. I have had very excellent experience w/ the app. I learned languages from other apps but this app is much better than others (according to me). I am looking forward to the funny stories every morning!

Great app to learn languages. The lessons are short, fun and adapted to each learner.
Wish there was the same app for Portugese 🙂 !

Lessons are repetitive, 'holiday' option is a scam – you don't get any extra subscription time or discount, they just pause sending emails so you're paying for literally nothing.

The scenarios are primitive, and really get on ones nerves after a few weeks. If I even hear of Victor Hugo again I'll scream.
I have found the levels of instruction to be very uneven – lesson one basic one minute to advanced grammar the next. My quiz results are always a surprise, which shouldn't be.
Translations are offered for the simplist instructions, yet not for the tricky ones.
Avoid this site.

i did subscribe and the program is nice. even you can get a lesson only once a day, 5 times a week. Not every day in a week. not more lessons a day. im quite annoyed now after a year, cause its getting boring. but there is NO WAY to finish a subscription before the 3 years term. So every month 20 Euros lost.
Thats why i really can't recommend the subscription to anyone. Once you are on the payment list, you ll never get rid of it… think twice!!!
Better you go to a french/ English speaking country and learn at place…

Frantastique is an online French course. As interesting as it is, in order to obtain the prices advertised you have to commit to a year or more. Two years gets you the $23/mo special. I hated the course and tried my darndest to get out of it after a few weeks but they'd have none of it. No dropping out of this course. You continue paying whether you choose to receive the lessons or not! They absolutely will not let you go. In my opinion they're in it for the money and will see that you part with yours no matter how much you hate the course. So beware of what you sign up for. Letting them charge your visa once is enough to lock you in. Just be sure it's what you want for the long haul!!
