I didn鈥檛 have a gym or weights to use but that didn鈥檛 matter because the Gymbible e-book suits home training and body weight training too. I put on 8kg鈥檚 of muscle in 6 weeks. People kept telling me that I was on steroids but they were wrong. All I did was follow the training program in this e-book. And the best part is, there is 4 additional e-books to use.
