Gxsmartwatch

Watched worked great for 4 months but now turned itself off and does not work. No warranty or guarantee after 30 days, unbelievable. Do not buy one!!

The watch looks great and the problems are enormous. The watch refuses to connect properly to the Mactive2 app. The FunDo app they promote is a joke and it is seriously no good. The service dept is utterly useless. In effect there is no service available. Several women have answered my request to have some one talk with me on the phone. One of them said I would be contacted over the next 9 hours, Another said 15 minutes. So as I paid by card I鈥檓 going to get the bank to get the money back on the grounds that the watch is a scam.

I have purchased 2 watches at the start of September. I have still to this point over 3 months later received no product and received no refund. I have chased and chased to be constantly told a myriad of excuses. The latest being that they are subject to some issues with using Paypal to complete refunds. Absolute nonsense, do not but anything from this company

Robbery! They took my money but did not delivered any product!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I will contact the police because this GX Smartwatch from Novads it is nothing but a SCAM!
I would advise everyone who were scammed by this pr**ks, to contact the Police ASAP!

It looks like a scam.

I ordered the GX Smartwatch from their 'Official seller' and it took almost a month to arrive.
It is not as described.
The ECG function will not connect to my Iphone and battery life is terrible, perhaps 1 to 2 days max, not 3 to 5 as quoted.
I also expected the data to continuously upload to the phone over 24 hours, ( similar to my old Fitbit) but it all has to done manually.
Have emailed the company many times for assistance, and setting out the problems in great detail, but only get a standard reply asking me to video the problem and they will review it? How do you video battery life?
Eventually I was given an address in Birmingham to send the watch back, but looking on GoogleEarth for that address it looks like a shabby no-name factory unit or warehouse in a downtown area of the city and I have no confidence of getting any form of recompense or indeed ever seeing the watch or my money again.

In short, very nice looking watch, but totally let down by its performance and its link to my phone.

Edit:- I posted the watch back to the GX Smartwatch agent and received a full refund by return and without any discussion, so I'm satisfied with the response.

Anyone saying bad about this wrist smartwatch should think twice! This is because the person may be indirectly going bananas. I have read many reviews on this smartwatch, but the most practical part is that I am currently using this innovative watch. Well, any one who wants to know more should check a review on:

They are lying and CHEATING people by naming a local town in Denmark, where the watch has gone viral… This is not true. I am from this city 6 nobody even knowing this watch here.Its just a lie…
