Clothes smell bad lately. Styles are too old looking. Takes too long sometimes to receive items and customer service department makes promises that dont hold up.

I've thoroughly enjoyed Gwynnie Bee and plan to continue using this service for ages. I love that I get to try gorgeous outfits that I might otherwise not have access to (either financially or because the stores aren't in my area). Plus, if something is a perfect fit, I can earn rewards and get a discount! My coworkers know that I use GB, and if I wear something particularly fetching, they'll ask, "Is that Gwynnie Bee?" When I inevitable say yes, they'll respond, "You should buy this one! It looks great." I've purchased a couple of outfits this way because of the excellent feedback.

I love that I can rent clothes and send them back or buy them!
I absolutely hate that I can't pause my subscription or even that a portion goes toward the amount I'm buying. I think they just increase the amount to buy it based on the time you have it. I think more would be interested if they were transparent and had set amounts of your monthly subscription that directly gave yourself a discount on items purchased.

I love Gwynnie Bee! It is so nice continually getting new options. I have also made numerous purchases if items throughout my membership. I couldn鈥檛 be happier with my experience.

I want to cancel, but is difficult. Every now and again a contemporary piece will roll in and my hopes will come back, but it is super difficult to get those pieces. I plan on canceling for 2020

Really thankful for this service it helps me stay current with trends and takes the guess work out of trying on clothes in stores. Sometimes the clothes received are super worn, faded, or out of season which means I just return them right away. Also I鈥檝e noticed many clothes cycling out of my closet without ever having the chance to try them which in turn means my closet count is fairly low. And finally the 1X 14-16 size seems to be out consistently so it is challenging at times to find new in stock items.

My experience has been a very good one. I love a lot of the items on the site. I've kept the ones I love the most. I am constantly on the clarence site. I buy for myself and a friend. I've told countless people about Gwynee Bee, many are in shock that the items are as good as they are. I checked out your site for two years before signing on. It has been a wonderful experience and very stylush.

Good service, all together. I get compliments on my clothes all the time because they are unique and not found in common stores. I think it鈥檚 hard because I live on the opposite side of the country of where they鈥檙e based and have to wait awhile for clothes to come sometimes.

I have had my Gwynnie Bee subscription for over a year now and I can't imagine not having it. It is so nice to be able to have new items sent to me on a weekly basis and that I can wear the ones I love for as long as I want and if I don't love them, it is so easy to send it back! Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays are now my favorite days of the week. The first thing I do when I wake up on those days is to add new Gwynnie Bee arrivals to my closet! I have always been happy with the quality of the products I receive. The only issue I have ever had was an unpleasant smell on a blouse and Gwynnie Bee wasted no time in making it right for me by giving me an additional item for a month at no additional cost! I am also a huge fan of the Gwynnie Bee outlet. Great products, great prices, great service.

I tried to cancel but was told that I would get two item a month for the price of one. It hasn鈥檛 matter because the two items I received were not in season or stylish in my opinion. It was last years style. I鈥檓 just not impressed in the last 6 months. I鈥檓 ready to leave.

I've tried several rental options and overall I think Gwynnie Bee is the best. The clothes are well-taken care off, and the styles are varied. The brands are middle of the road (read: the clothes don't look cheap). It's easy to size correctly and the customer service is top notch! I have two complaints: 1. The more I send clothes in, the longer it takes to get replacements, and 2. Way too much plastic. I suggest that you include a label instead of a bag, and customers can return clothes in the boxes they arrived in. You get rid of the plastic and you reuse the box. It's a win/win.

I've been using Gwynnie Bee for years now, maybe at least 4 or 5 years? I love the service, usually get items that I'm excited to wear and have purchased a number of items to keep for myself. I love that they have a range of items in plus sizes, as shopping for my size is often an exercise in frustration. I've found that if you use the app to notify them for returns and make sure to scan in the label, my next items come a day or so faster. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that sometimes there is a "drought" of items that I like or a bad run of things that I get at home only to send right back. That said, it hasn't happened often over the years and I'm overall very happy with the service.

Been a member for several years now – absolutely love not having to drag through stores and especially love that I never wear the same thing twice while keeping my clothing budget controlled.

The last few (3+) shipments, the clothes I received were not in my closet, not my style and did not fit well. I should be able to choose the items that are sent to me so they will be used. I have not worn the last several items sent to me.

I am planning on cancelling do to poor selection and items I've been receiving. It's a waste of money for me.

I love GB! I have been a member for nearly 5 years and the variety, the quality, and the ability to get beautiful clothes in my size on a rotating basis the way that I do makes me one happy camper!

I have used GB for the past 6 years and I love it! GB keeps me stylish as my weight fluctuates. It has been a real saving grace after weight loss surgery!

I have been using Gwynnie Bee for five years and I would be lost without it. I never wear the same thing twice anyway so Gwynnie Bee allows me that luxury without my having rooms full of clothes to warehouse. The styles and quality have proved to be 90% wonderful. If your weight fluctuates Gwynnie Bee dies too. New season…taken care of. Try it for your work wardrobe and it frees up cash for shoes and cute weekend and play clothes or save your money for a fun trip. I recommend it highly. In fact tell them I sent you when you sign up and we all win.

I have enjoyed Gwynnie Bee a lot, and more often than not their customer service is very good. There have only been a couple times that I have not received items in record time, and they made up for it by increasing my at home items. I almost always get favorite items from my closet, and periodically purchase something. The prices tend to be a little high for me to purchase very often. The clothes are high quality, the fit is usually very good. I always look forward to my box!

I used to be so excited to get my box, but lately I have been nothing but disappointed in the dresses I've been sent. The last 5 or 6 packages I sent back with out even trying them on because the dresses have been totally out of season and/or cheap looking. Really hoping things improve soon.

I really at first enjoyed the experience. However, consistently as of late the sizes that are recommended for me are way off. Clothes being sent that are out of season has also been an issue. On the bright side the clothing is in general shipped out quickly, and for the most part in excellent condition

Long time member… Fabulous value. It keeps me out of the stores. I always have something new and fun to wear. I don't have to do laundry as often. And now my mailman is like Santa.

you often hear "It's too good to be true" Well that is what I thought, but I chose to try it anyway. So glad I did. It is even better than I expected. I got off track for a few months and forgot what I ordered and might lose the clothes I ordered etc. No problem. Never got penalized or charged – It is purely the most honest up front company I have ever worked with. I haven't went shopping at a store for years-except for the stuff they don't carry. They are working to fill more categories (socks, undies,shoes,jewelry etc) Just tr it it. It si so inexpensive to try and you are not caught up in this"Oh, it was in the fine print, that you now are stuck in a long term commitment for a million dollars a month. Honestly – just try it.

Nice clothes but you need to carry sizes for petites and not focus on overweight people so much. A lot of the styles I can't get because they are in only very large sizes.

Gwynnie Bee is the best clothing rental service around. They have more styles and sizes than another. I can always find clothing I like. I get compliments all the time.
