Before buying a machine, I asked the company via e-mail if the price also included an additional element that I did not see in the photo of the product. The company answers me immediately and writes that certainly that precise element will be there. Well then I buy the product. after 1 week I get the product at home and that item asked in the email is NOT. I write immediately to the company and they replays "UNFORTUNATELY There was a misunderstanding". For me it is not a professional company.
