I have ordered a phone case and after a while I've tracked the order and it looked like it had been delivered by Royal Mail, but nothing ever got to me.
Joy from Guuds was more than helpful, replied very quickly to my emails and arranged for another case to be delivered while Royal Mail investigates what happened to the first one.
Today I have received the case and it's just great, can't fault it and can't fault the customer service.

Not trustworthy…items do not fit as described

I've ordered a couple of phone cases. Unfortunately they never arrived, and in the mean time sending I don't know how many emails… I'm still waiting for a refund after 4 months. So no I will defenitly not order something here anymore. This is not how you treat your customers.

I ordered an orange iphone bumper and what I received was a yellow/orange combination(a different product). I lost a lot of time communicating with the shop only to realize they wouldn't send me the exact product I ordered. Nevertheless I unpacked what Guuds.com sent to me and as soon as I put the bumper on the phone it broke(down where the headphone hole is). So I lost my money and my time as well. I give one star for the fast delivery. Needless to say I am disappointed.

I found guuds from google, the price looks very good, I tried a small order, and it's arrived in 2 weeks, and all packaged well, I'm very happy with guuds

I bought 6 covers at very low price, and I got them in 2 weeks, all the covers are very nice. I'm using one of the covers for more than 1 month, and It's still look like new, many thanks to guuds.

This guy always can provide any kinds of stuff what I request for, and has a good manufacturing channels. Good communication and excellent quality at the acceptable price. Strongly recommend.
