Beware. I purchased Perricone products through this platform. They enrolled me in an automatic recurring shipment that I didn't want or agree to. When I called to cancel, they said they would cancel through June, and I state that I never want any products from them again. She said the cancellation would show up in my email in a few hours. It didn't. I had to insist on getting the cancellation number and her name. The cancellation still hasn't shown up a day later. Greedy and unethical business.

Ordered Smileactive "1month trial", I was not impressed with the result so did not re-order – then automatically received another "larger bottle" (3month supply) without re-ordering – my credit card was charged for the second bottle. I called the customer representative (who was well informed and professional) I was told to return the product for a refund. Rather than spending the time and additional money to return the product, I decided to just keep the product. I am sure they have some "find prints" to protect them legally. But a very deceptive and perhaps illegal "auto subscribe" scam. Don't get fooled like me… Just be very careful to read the find prints before

I canceled my account (crepe erase) months ago. Spoke to what I thought was an intelligent representative and cancelled my order because I was told some bs story about their billing which was never relayed to me initially and sounded sketchy to put it mildly. I returned the unopened box of creams and was assured I would not be billed in the future. Low and behold they billed me $62.56 for a subscription I no longer have for a product I no longer use and I'm. Or paying for it. Perhaps the Federal Trade Commission Should be contacted.

Do not do not do not believe that they will allow you to cancel and they tell you you will be able to. After one delivery I attempted to cancel my subscription. I was told another order had already been shipped even though I had literally just received my first order. I asked him to cancel the next order and they told me that was already in progress as well. I asked him when I would be able to cancel and they said not until I receive the second order and that I should return it immediately and just refuse shipment. I did exactly as they said refuse shipment and returned the second order. And then a third order arrive. I did the same. I called three times and told them that I had returned all of the product and that I owe them nothing however they continue to bill me. I know received a notice from the collection agency for $135 a product that I never even received Nor did I want that product. I am contacting the attorney general

Good reality makes one e a bit serious but the others just say it wont do i may be sure it will give the best but the sae case everytie says not so good for me

I enjoyed the product but was not using enough of it to warrant getting a new shipment every 3 months and paying $70 each time. I called in November to cancel the auto ship and was assured at that time that my debit card would not be billed again.
3 months later I received another package, and 3 months after that I received another package, with a bill for $130 stamped OVERDUE in bright red.
I called customer service again and was told that my account had not even been accessed when I called in November. No cancellation, no suspension of auto ship, nothing.
I tried not to lose my temper with the girl who was unlucky enough to answer my call. After some obvious frustration, I was transferred to a woman named Valerie who did in fact cancel my account. She was polite, apologetic, and helpful. She initially told me that I would be responsible for return shipping, put me on hold, and "got approval from the supervisor" to send me prepaid shipping labels.
The bottom line though is that I have been on the phone for 40 minutes trying to resolve this, after I'd already spent time resolving this 6 months ago. I will now wait 7-10 days for a return mailing label. Then I wait another 30 days for return to be processed. In the meantime Guthy Renker will continue to bill me, and will likely report a payment more than 90 days late to the credit bureau which will take years to clear from my credit report.
I am really disappointing in Guthy Renker. It is unfortunate that I can not, in good conscience, recommend Crepe Erase to my friends. It is a good product, but how can I support a company that makes it's money manipulating small print?

The 30 day supply is more like a 7 day supply. The main item is packaged in a big tube that is more then 60% air. What you are left with is nothing more then a deluxe sample.

Your company is the worst. I just got a collection for a 99.36 bill that I never ordered. I have called you more than a few times over many months and you said the matter was resolved. Each time was followed by a bill for the same amount. And now a collection agency has sent me the bill. The value of my time (and my 850 credit score) that this has wasted has more than exceeded the amount you incorrectly said I owed. Please send me a bill because I think that even the company you have chosen for your collections is mismanaged just as your pathetic company is, and I would rather pay you directly with a certified check. There is such a long and sorry story that is too long for me to go into now, but just know that the litany of ineptitude of your your company is encyclopedic. Please email me the bill so I can pay, but know that I will spend any free time I have while on the toilet with my smart phone giving you bad reviews.

I bought a trial of 鈥淚t cosmetics鈥? 3 months later I got another package at which point I emailed 鈥淚t Cosmetics" who gave me a 1-800 number to call. I wrote back to let them know that I am in Jamaica and I cannotcall toll free from here. 鈥淚t鈥?said that I should send my original order information and they will reach out to "them" on my behalf ( not mentioning Guthy Renkers name).
6 months later I got another package and I wrote 鈥渋t Cosmetics鈥?again demanding to
know who 鈥渢hem鈥?is as I would like to personally reach out to them too.
I have already spent J$32,451.56 on the two packages sent me without my consent
which is the value of the items, freight forwarding charges and multiplied by our exchange rate,and I have not used any products from these packages as I have been ill and have not even finished using the Trial products.
I was unable to purchase a birthday gift for my son because of the
unauthorised charge that was placed on my credit card in May.
Guthy Renker finally responded to say they have cancelled my account and will refund me for the last package sent. I am and looking out to see if they follow through it this promise.

I have been fighting Guthy Renker for 5 months – I tried to cancel my account 3 times to no avail. Finally had to cancel my credit card after two months to get them to stop charging my account despite calls every month. I called and was told there was now a zero balance but then started getting bills for $190.00 every month. I called and they basically told me TUFF S–. If you don't pay it you go to collection. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Their products are great, the service is absolutely terrible. I consistently receive things I did not order, get billed for them and cannot get reimbursed for 3-6 months. I am so frustrated with the service that I cancelled all of my products (Meaningful Beauty and Proactiv) and use other products now. Very sad about that.

Guthy-Renker has sent my account to a collections agency over NOTHING. I had been a faithful and happy user of Sheer Cover cosmetics for 10+ years. I was on a quarterly shipment schedule, the least-frequent available. As time went on, I used less and less product and it started to pile up. During a move, I was shocked to discover 12 un-opened packages of Sheer Cover. I called and canceled my account. Three months later, I get billed on my credit card for Sheer Cover. I called and they had no record of my cancellation. The product was already shipped so I was instructed to return the product when it arrived, and I'd be credited. Well, nothing arrived. I called and was told I was out of luck. I then opened a fraud complaint with my credit card bank and they got my money back…or so I thought. Then the bills and threatening letters from Guthy Renker started. About six months after I canceled the shipments, I received one in the mail, postage due! I was told by the Postal Service that I could refuse it, which I did. Then I received a bill for two shipments from Guthy Renker. I've called and written letters, all with no results. Now they've sent it to a collections agency. I will NEVER do business with Guthy Renker again. Is my money that I don't even owe them REALLY so important?

Warning any product sold under the Guthy Renker maybe good, but their business practices are greedy and unethical. I used my debit card to purchase Meaningful Beauty products. After several months of getting the products they picked for me (mainly large bottles of Neck cream, I didn't want) I lost my card and had to have it replaced. Suddenly I see a charge from Guthy Ranker and 2 weeks later another box of product arrived. Somehow they got my new account #. I called the bank to report that they where not authorized to use the new account and blocked any future payments. I called the company to cancel and was asked if I was going to return the product. I let them know they had illegally used my card and I had not authorized them to use it. Guthy Renker then sends threatening letters to turn me over to collection for an amount of twice what the amount. Also before buying any product from Guthy Renker search the Web for complaints on Guthy Renker you will find website after website and page after page of complaints of their business practices and rip offs. I know I will never fall for it again.
