I bought several items from them in the last few years, they are great quality from an ethical company. Pity their customer service is so poor and appalling! Getting an email saying 鈥榠t鈥檚 not my fault…鈥?is pathetic. They were incapable to deliver my last order because there is no street number to my work address, pathetic again. But then they ignored my request to send it to an alternative address, and after weeks of wasting my time and their sad emails, I got a refund.
If you take the risk of buying from them, I wish you won鈥檛 have to deal with their customer service…

Prima tas, prima levering!

Levertijd viel mee, op de website had ik gezien dat levertijd voor de schoudertas die ik wilde bestellen 5 tot 7 werkdagen levertijd zou zijn en 1 tot 2 werkdagen extra zijn wanneer ik de tas wilde laten graveren. De tas werd al binnen 4 werkdagen geleverd, top. Hij had zelfs nog een werkdag eerder geleverd kunnen worden maar het aflevermoment kwam mij zelf niet goed uit.

E茅n dag na de bestelling (ik heb de bestelling op zondagavond geplaatst) kreeg ik keurig een track-en-trace code van DHL waarmee ik de bestelling na 2 dagen kon volgen. Ik kon zelf op de site van DHL een aflevermoment en locatie kiezen. De tas was netjes verpakt in een linnen tasje met daaromheen een kartonnen doos.

De afwerking van het product lijkt goed en de tas ziet er netjes uit. De kwaliteit kan ik nog niet beoordelen omdat ik de tas nog niet gebruikt heb. De kleur lijkt overeen te komen met de foto op de website. De tas (Leon) heeft een mooie vintage uitstraling. Gravering is er netjes in gezet, niks op aan te merken. De prijs is prima, veel voordeliger dan leren schoudertassen bij de tassenwinkels hier in de buurt. Ik zou er zo weer bestellen.

Great bag, perfect delivery!

The delivery time was better then expected. On the website I saw that the shoulder bag I would like to order had a delivery time from 5 to 7 days en ther would be a extra delivery time of 1 or 2 days if I would like to have a personal inscription on the bag. De bag was deliverd in 4 working days, great. It even would have been possible to deliver the order one day early but I didn鈥檛 have time on that delivery moment.

One day after the order(I placed the order at sunday evening) I got a track and trace code of DHL. With the track en trace code I could follow the order after two days. At the website of DHL I could choose a delivery time en location. The order was neatly packed in linen bag and a box.

The finish of the product looks good en the bag looks neat. I can not say something about the quality because I dind鈥檛 use the product for more than a few days. The color seems to match with the picture on the website. The bag (Leon) has a nice vintage look. The inscription is written neatly, no remarks.
The price of the product is good much cheapier than local retailers. If I need a bag I would order again!

The bag I ordered seems nice, but Gusti's courier – DHL – delivered it to an entirely different block of flats from the one I live in, which meant I spent several hours wandering from block to block knocking on doors to try to find it, which was not only incredibly inconvenient, but a significant risk – both to me, to the product, and to Gusti's reputation. Really not sure I'd use again.

The quality is terrible, absolutely useless.
My 9 yr old son would have done a better job at this. I suppose this is what you get when trying to save a few quid.
I don't understand how people can rave about these products. The quality of design, manufacture and finish are what you would expect from a stone age tribe.

IN ADDITION – it took almost two months but they approached the problem en face and I received everything so I have to change my rating. Mistakes happen.

I ordered the item before Christmas and I still did not get the item, communication of the company almost does not exist. So I do know if i get the money back or the goods… :/ Avoid this experience !

I ordered an item on the 6th of December for a Christmas present and it still has not arrived. I contacted customer service for an update and was told that they company did not know where my item was. I asked for a refund and was told that they will not refund my money. I was then told (I quote):

"And maybe, just maybe your order will still be delivered!"

Terrible service and unacceptable customer service, stay away! Not worth it!

The bag got broken after the first week i used it. I send it back and requested my money back, i'm still waiting for the money, it was 5 months ago. Bad quality and bad costumer service. Never buy something from them.

Gusti has some nice products but the staff do not follow up on when thing goes wrong, and do not appear to care as long as the have pockted your money.

The recent story goes like this:
Thursday I ordered two pieces for a total price of EUR 158 to be delivered in Berlin.
And the first delivery Friday morning was fast. But unfortunately DHL choose not to deliver the package to me but to a packstation. And when I told the Gusti team this Friday, they checked this and told me Monday it was due to an error by DHL and that they would ship another package.
4 days later, after a couple of follow up mails from my side, I received an invoice stating the package was sent Monday. When calling them for an explanation I was prtovided with a DHL package tracing number, which showed the package to have been delivered to DHL late Tuesday and that the package was stuck since Wednesday morning in transport to the delivery depot.
The response from Gusti to a request for help follow up on this was never replied to .. They have the money.

Already made 2 orders, with a lot of goods until now.

Both times, the orders has been shipped ASAP, with arrival in few days (I'm not from the same country)

And the products, they speak for them self!
